Which apps do you define as “Hook Up Apps?”

Lmao. Man-hating feminist?? I don’t hate men. That’s such a broad generalization. Also - I’m not invading since this entire discussion is about my post. It seems that this sub invaded the other sub. It is credible because - that’s me. I didn’t say “afraid” - I said I didn’t feel comfortable. Oh - I found one with manners...”dear.”

Nope. Can’t read. If I’m attracted to a guy, I’m attracted to a guy. Just because I’m attracted to a guy doesn’t mean I’m going to have sex with him - in that moment. Never said I wasn’t interested. I am completely ok with a guy nexting me if I won’t have sex with him by some arbitrary deadline. lol. I’ve had plenty of sex in my life and that’s not what I’m after. No one has asked me how much time had elapsed in any of this.

Want to know the funny part in all this? I’ve read RP stuff for almost a year and found it quite intriguing - psychologically speaking especially. I especially find it fascinating that they’re willing to share all the information with anyone. Especially the bitches/trash/etc that you all are so against (yet, you SO BADLY need a woman to get laid. Since, you know, we’re the gatekeepers to sex. Just saying.) Good luck spinning those plates - until one day, a good one catches you off guard and then…

I’m not sure how you can say that I dismiss, devalue or delegitimize a man’s desires or needs. I listened and respected his need to have a low cost date because he didn’t have much money left in his entertainment budget. I’m not going to dismiss my own need for feeling comfortable and go to his place when I don’t feel comfortable doing so.

You don’t know what any of our follow-up conversations were. Or what I counter offered with at all. I find people watching to be an activity for the insecure. It makes absolutely zero sense to sit and watch other people. I wish I had the time to do what you accuse me of - “stringing guy’s along.” I have a life and don’t care to waste anyone’s time - mine or a guy. I don’t need validation from external sources. Or attention. Yawn...

Geez. I don’t think I’ve ever read so many comments that are sooo far off. Did I say that I refused to be alone with him? I said I didn’t feel comfortable going to his place on the third date. Yes. I am into this guy.

I didn’t decline a third date - I declined going to his house for a third date. There’s a difference. I never used the word “poor.” Not sure how you define “expensive” dinner dates - but, he’s spent a total of $15 on me (that was on Date 2 and I paid for both of our shares on Date 1) and I was the one who picked the location of Date 2 because - it’s not an expensive place. With your rationale of “I’ll go out and spend money two times at most,” - then he should’ve taken me out and paid for Date 3…

I disagree with you (as said 40 year old American woman). There is a lot of sexual attraction on both ends. Also, he did not “get rid of me.” You are right - men do have an unfortunate tendency to project. Looks like you’re doing it right now. — going back to reading these incredibly fascinating comments —

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
