3	Mid-week check-in Hey, if you can stick to the positive changes I'm sure you will feel better. But you should consider visiting a GP about this, you never know if there is something medically causing depression, or if you would benefit from taking antidepressants. They changed my life when I was taking them. Anyways, I don't want to tell you what to do with your life, only you know how to help yourself. 3	Mid-week check-in I'm very depressed lately, getting a job seems impossible no matter how many times I apply and I'm very scared and full of dread, I'm off my antidepressants (2 months now) my depression is comming back full force after 1.5 years of feeling ok and I have trouble opening up to my psychologist about my problems. 2	Mid-week check-in I've been thinking a lot about my future lately. I'm 23 and been slacking off due to mental health issues, pandemic, bad economy, etc. I'm trying to get a better job now. Been sending my CV to local buiseneses but don't expect to be called back. I plan to move to another city where some family lives this november, I want to study or learn anything there that can secure me a good, stable job.
