Talking to a feminist friend, she said she thinks that MRAs are a hate group and likened them to the KKKWait, what? I've known about the KKK since elementary school. And knew most of their history by the end of middle school. If I mention the KKK in a conversation I at least assume everyone knows what I am talking about. If I said MRA, very few would know what I mean except people who spend a lot of time on the internet, feminists, and MRAs themselves. | /r/MensRights | 24/06/13 05:24 AM
Wake up as the opposite sex? Also, this study, which people have pointed out was taken out of context and blown out of proportion to begin with, was published and/conducted in 1983. It's been 30 years. The claim that a lot of boys would kill themselves if they were girls was unfounded then, and is even more so now. A lot has changed in 30 years. | /r/MensRights | 18/05/13 11:28 PM
Apple needs to update their dictionary...Probably longer. Whoever posted this probably has an outdated OS, because it also says that in my dictionary on my Mac and I have the most recent update. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/13 02:47 AM
Apple needs to update their dictionary...Exactly. The post was complaining that they said it was only committed by men, and they changed it to "typically committed by men," which is fine. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/13 02:08 AM
Apple needs to update their dictionary...Oxford changed it to "typically committed by a man." Still not perfect, but nothing to really complain about. Your software is out of date. | /r/MensRights | 10/05/13 08:54 PM
Apple needs to update their dictionary...Emailed who? Apple? They take their definitions straight from Oxford, so you might want to email them. | /r/MensRights | 10/05/13 08:50 PM
Oh, really? I must have been imagining parts of my childhood this entire time. (X-Post from /r/rage)If feminism is that women are as capable as men, would't the flip-side be masculism? | /r/MensRights | 29/03/13 06:00 AM
