Lol women don’t prefer a high body count, trust me on that one. They do, however, feel much more comfortable with a guy who is comfortable with sex and doesn’t treat it like a big deal. Subtle, but necessary, distinction. It’s 100% the mindset.

You got me curious now. What things did the academics get right and what did they get wrong?

That they figured it out long enough ago that they have a harder time relating to guys who struggle than to guys who don’t

I actually agree with this. Being able to not act like a fool in front of a pretty girl puts you in a minority, and automatically puts you in a smaller pool. The only guys that can get away with acting stupid are the rare ones she thinks are out of her league.

Stop worrying about shit tests. Figuring out what is or isn’t a shit test is not worth getting into a mindset that has you worrying about it. If she does something that bugs you, tease her about it. If it crosses a line, say something. If she doesn’t respect that, next her.

Walk away. Don’t pursue at all. She’s not into you now. Start hitting the gym hard and consistently now, see noticeable results by the end of summer vacation. Get a new look (clothes, hairdo) during summer and focus on talking up other girls asap. Will make you look like a different person by the end of it. Say hi casually when you pass by her after summer break, and if she wants to chat, let her. Don’t dredge up past feelings, just try to keep it light. She may not want to talk, which probably …

I’ve been hitting the gym seriously (as in competed in amateur strength sports) for close to a decade, and am mixing in a shit ton of cardio and other functional/agility stuff. Here’s my thoughts on how to keep motivated in the gym: -Gym is cheap therapy. Let your negative emotions out on the weights. Schedule training time into your schedule as if it were a therapy session. When you start to realize the benefits that training carries over into other aspects of your life, it becomes very worth i…

Don’t do those things because they get you laid, do them because they improve your life. Honestly, you can still get laid without any of those things if you’re the most fun, interesting guy in the room

People in the comments are treating this as a list of absolutes. That’s missing the point. Success, appearance, and charisma are all very high yield things to focus on. Not just for women, but because they improve your life. Up to a point, at least. We all have tons of anecdotal evidence to point to the contrary, but there’s no individual trait that is required by every single woman. Yeah, this is the same generic life advice that you see every second post. But it’s also reposted so often for a …

Well, I think that depends. Having a mutual bantering/teasing vibe seems to be considered “negging” by some, but is non-destructive and builds rapport. Actively trying to crush self esteem (ie traditional negging), not so much. Peacocking also works, but you don’t need to (and probably shouldn’t) do the ridiculous shit endorsed by early PUAs. Obviously lifting and looking good and all that crap help. YMMV, but I don’t like canned routines. Have a few good personal stories that you can pull out i…

I’ve been using the weighted backpack approach. Also really useful for rucking. Been mixing a lot of one-handed push-ups with very high rep diamond push-ups. Legs have realistically kinda gone to shit for me, but RFESS, paused goblet squats, step ups with weighted back pack are reasonable home options.

Yeah, there are shit tons of girls into being choked like crazy. But becoming that statistic who ends up with an accidental dead girl in your bed makes for a shitty situation for everyone involved. How about a novel fucking idea: if you’re just interested in getting laid, focus on fucking fun, sane girls. A few less notches on your bedpost is well worth not having to deal with crazy.

No, he thinks he needs to be everyone’s type. That attitude signals insecurity to women. Being low status is a mindset, not a destination. Being awkward and not masculine is not necessarily a major hindrance. I’m guilty of both quite often. The moment you gain the confidence to be able to say “no” to an attractive woman is the beginning of having a lot more hotties wanting to be a part of your life.

If almost everyone is your type, that’s exactly why you’re no one’s.

Having a good relationship with your FWBs also means less drama. Hell, they might even hook you up with other girls in the future. And there’s no greater aphrodisiac than preselection from a hot girl. Being a douche only fucks you over.

See, maybe it’s a fine balance to walk, but what I’m advocating is moreso being a classy fuckboy. You’re not some kind of degenerate “noodz plz” guy (ie beyond redemption), but still primarily a fun guy. All of my LTRs thus far have been sex on first on the first or second date. They all thought I was a bit of a fuckboy at first, but not bad enough not to give me a chance if I wanted to pursue it.

I don’t think it’s about them necessarily being crazy smart. Human nature doesn’t change, the things we choose to make us bury our heads in the sand do.

If she’s affectionate in person and you’ve had sex multiple times, you’re probably over analyzing. She might just be a low maintenance texter.

Abundance is a mindset of quiet confidence, not a thing. All it means is that you’re not worried about where/when your next lay is coming from because you’re confident that you can get it easily enough. You won’t be the type to flip out over a rejection because your ego isn’t dependent on some random’s approval. It has nothing to do with your current sex life. A secure, capable seducer who is getting back into the game after a break will still be able to reap the benefits of abundance mentality,…

Pause, take a breath, then call yourself out. You could say something along the lines of “well shit, that was a brain fart! Let’s try that again”. It really doesn’t matter what you say, as long as you deliver your follow up with confidence.

Personally, I prefer to go from jokes to introducing a teasing/flirtatious element before transitioning to genuine interaction. After a bit of flirting, I’ll usually say “So tell me, ...” in a playful but half serious way, or something like that, to transition into a more genuine interaction. I find it makes for a more natural flow to wedge sexual between playful and genuine, than if I abruptly change gears. It’s also nice to establish sexual interest early. But bottom line is, do whatever works…

100% overthinking. From what you’re saying here, impression is that she is a little shy about sex and has started thinking of you as more of a potential boyfriend than casual sex partner. Backpedaling on the sexual stuff is most likely because she’s worried about coming off as slutty for being too sexual off the bat. Honestly though, however the vibe on your date went is the bottom line, and will supersede any convo on your phones. If it’s ambiguous, the only thing you can do is ask her on anoth…

Sure, he doesn’t get to decide this, but society does. Men with families have greater incentive to be productive and cooperate with society. Unattached men have their uses, but are potentially a greater liability.

People’s filters don’t always work in such an a binary way, though. I’ve had several women spontaneously confess attraction, while also saying that they feel conflicted because they’re not into my race. I’m not exactly tall, either. Overall looks and game are way more important. They’re also much more in your control.

What you’re describing sounds horribly inauthentic and manipulative. I can’t imagine something needier than telling girls what they want to hear because you’re worried they might not like you if you’re genuine.

I don’t know, I’m in monk mode now, and I’m pretty fucking stoked about how I’ve been living. It’s important that distinction be drawn in terms of why guys go there, and whether it represents growth or stagnation. Actually entering by choice usually seems to accompany a transition from a “can I” mindset to a “should I” mindset when it comes to seduction. Would I be correct in guessing that your experiences in monk mode were something that allowed you to find/recognize when you did have a legit p…

Because demeaning yourself by playing the dancing monkey to hold a girl’s attention at bars is a much better option? It’s just not my cup of tea, but I don’t hate on it. If you’re very attractive, and have other good superficial qualities which are easily displayed, online is probably a good method for you. If you have a wide social circle and good conversational skills, you’ll have a leg up in social circle game. There are common things that women find attractive regardless of how you meet, and…

Who fucking cares. People who are too needy use rules like this to make them seem less needy. If you had a good vibe, and aren’t weird and needy, you can text them the same night. Losers play games.

Who fucking cares. You’re going to deal with that insecurity no matter who you going out with, and in the age of Tinder, it could be any number of guys. If you’re confident that you’re a person of value with options, then you probably aren’t going waste much time worrying about having to “compete” with other dudes. If you don’t believe you’re someone of value, it’s time to start thinking about what a person who is a person of value is like and working towards that methodically and consistently.

Even in general. a casual hand on thigh after building some flirtation and comfort is a totally underrated move. It’ll tell you very quickly whether she’s into you or not without being too aggressive/creepy.

The answer is to stop competing. Every woman has different priorities, and there are a ton of different factors that can make you more or less attractive: looks, charm, height, confidence, social status, being interesting, etc. You succeed by mastering your strengths and trying not to fuck up too badly on your weaknesses. I’m a good-looking guy with an “attractive” career and I’m a pretty fun guy with a lot of wild stories and interesting hobbies. I like to let women chase a bit more and gradual…
