Well there are a lot of rare events that could ruin my life (worse than being forced to move to a different city) but then my life would also be ruined if it was always controlled by fear. There is no advantage to overestimating or distorting the probability of an event happening that could affect you in a negative way. Jeesh the fear mongering of false rape claim is strong in this sub. I slept around a decent amount and I have friends that have very high notch counts and the subject of being falsely accused of rape has never come up. Sure I know chicks that claim to have been raped or molested in their lives but none of them ever went to the authorities about it. There will never be a society or culture where red pill thinking doesn't exist. Most politicians are red pill because they have to be in order to effectively manipulate the masses. I think the idea of a person who is selfless, altruistic in nature is total blue pill myself. We all have selfish motives to our actions regardless of whether the rewards are immediate or long term.
