This is why I don’t follow this sub. Only stumbled across this thread in popular. The article is gendered because women are facing higher rates of job loss. The kind of roles women are in at higher rates are the ones suffering the most from the pandemic (entertainment, food service, hospitality, etc). That doesn’t mean men aren’t suffering too.
