2	Recommended books for a beginner Before anything, I suggest you go through this. The David Wygant talk from Man Transformations is the best first step I can recommend. On books, I suggest Bang by Roosh if you're just getting started. I have Day Bang lying around, that I picked up due to recommendations but I have yet to get to it.	/r/seduction	13/01/12 04:26 AM
2	Watch movies muted to explore body language That doesn't mean movies are not helpful. Watch Ocean's Eleven (not on mute) and pay attention to Danny (Clooney) and Rusty (Pitt). The body language, how they talk, how they hold eye contact, etc etc. Movies can provide a lot more detail and opportunity to 'study' than real life. They're scripted, made to draw you in to the character, and you can always go back and watch them again. People watching is one of the best ways to pick up on social cues, but I wouldn't rule out film entirely.	/r/seduction	03/12/11 01:43 AM
