Just because someone has an offensive opinion doesn't mean he shouldn't be allowed to voice it. Free speech goes both ways and just because someone voices an opinion which might feel hurtful to someone doesn't mean he isn't allowed to express it.

Logic would help in drawing the line. Not everyone follows the same logic, morality or rationale. How about the context and intent on which things are said playing a big part in that. Context and intent can be interpreted differently, as I said one person can find it perfectly fine and the other is deeply offended.

Your "Free speech" argument is a bunch of bullshit. You think people can say what the fuck they want? Yes. Up until the point of implying violence. Ok, how about an experiment. Get a friend for recording purposes but make sure they're not obvious.
