This very book came to mind sometime last week. I haven't read it yet but I had a friend when I was younger that swore by it. Now that I've come to be more familiar with seduction/game/inner-game/pua etc it seems like this book would be a great addition to any other books guys are reading these days.

Be funny, outgoing. Don't just find one girl and stick with her, go for more. Maybe make a small flirty conversation with one and make sure she sees you laughing it up with another later on. Be silly; if there's an open bar (free) say something like "can I buy you a drink? I'll spare no expense"

Perhaps looking it from the perspective that there are more woman available to you (whether or not they are already paired - unmarried with a boyfriend is easier to take than a married woman) than unavailable to you then that law makes sense in this situation.

I'm married but I like to hang out here because it's quite a boost so that a married man doesn't slip into beta mode the rest of his life. Learning game is good in marriage. Preselection, DHV, kino and the like talked about here is essential in a sex-filled marriage. Since there's not much room for deception (plus we're married, there's not much that she doesn't know now) but there is plenty of room for making sure I'm taking care of my appearance and staying attractive to her and her girlfriend…

Certainly. My own story is that of after getting married and having kids I slipped way too heavily into beta mode thinking that's what my wife wanted. She loved it for sure but were was the attraction? Part of what's discussed in here is how to keep up one's attraction and that's very practical for an LTR. Becoming beta while married is great to use for keeping your wife happy and building trust (especially with kids) but it will NOT get you sex. Like a lot of manblogs and pickup books talk abou…

This beta shit will only last until one day you realize she's been sexting her ex boyfriend while reaping the benefits of having you to provide all the the warmth she requires. Since this is talking about the level of testosterone in semen, is it true to say that one's own hormone levels internally also increase? I've read that filling your woman with testosterone-rich semen is great for an LTR but is this report saying that abstinence for a 7 days will give me, personally, a great testosterone boost?
