I understand how you came to that conclusion, but let me elaborate the point of the article. You make the MOST out of where you are. You should be, as a red pill and ambitious person striving to improve. BUT the point is that you should be content where you are so that you don't ingrain the idea of never being satisfied into your brain. Do you see where I'm coming from, I hope you do. Cause fuck keeping to a 9-5 job for life man. Cheers for the comment.

I COMPLETELY agree. I actually made a video called 'meditate anywhere'. However What you're referring to is present, mindful energy. But for some, this has been long lost and it's important to to the 'standard' meditation for some time to really understand this mind state and then you can start implementing it everywhere. I'll just tell you what worked for me when I first started. The easiest way to do it is just start with 1-2mins the first day, do that until the end of the first week . In the second week do 5mins per day. Third Week 10min per day From this point it should almost be a habit and you can tweak it to find how long works for you. From here a long with changing the duration you can change where you do it and what time of day. Going on from here it should be a solid habit in your day and you'll know w…
