If shes complaining that your friend puts her on a pedestal, he's not 'alpha'. Hes turning her off with that behavior and she is predictably straying

It's entirely possible that she started off as a good mother and devoted wife.. Regardless this story serves as a warning that a long term relationship with a beta can bring out the absolute worst in a woman. Betas cannot provide the strength and structure that an alpha provides, and which she needs to bring out the best of her femininity

Your point is valid, cant help someone thatwont help themselves. But, why waste so much of your time? You brought your ego into this. Fuck the both of em, they deserve each other. people like this dont deserve you.

Id advise you to reconsider how much importance you give to how women perceive you. Its not a communication game/mind game, if you play that game you lose, no matter how many girls you get. You lose because you never won over yourself, which is all that matters If you have to change how you communicate, how you present yourself, or to give women what they want, then that inherently means that you arent good enough. Instead become good enough, and your communication and 'presentation' changes aut…

Lifting, looks, money popularity etc aren't qualifiers to feel alpha. If you lift to get ripped so women find you attractive then you're seeing validation. But to say that I feel alpha so i dont need to lift or make money, is also wrong. If you want to live a high quality life you develop yourself in every way, mentally, spiritually and physically.you push you grow and hit progressively higher peaks If you want to have a meaningful life then you have to give bavk to the world more than you take …

The fact that you are asking us these questions is the answer to all of them. I suggest you take some time and distance from her to reflect on this. Good luck with whatever you decide man

Took a long time of giving free validation to figure this out.... but theres a simple way to eliminate this. Escalate. Any girl that is solely seeking validation will not let you eacalate beyond a certain point. A girl that is in to you will invest further as you escalate. Fine-tune your escalation though so you can tell the difference between validation seekers, and girls that just need more comfort and connection before they are ready for further escalation

So true. Meditation has opened up a lot inside me that years of 'work' never reached. Stress, repressed emotions, self-esteem, childhood wounds . I guess the struggle is facing it, where in the past i escaped into my thoughts to avoid it. Magic is the right word

You and your child are better off. Congrats on moving on and moving up in your life, but don't ever doubt that she would have ruined your life had she stayed

Great post. To add, on what was touched on, food was a big one for me That includes overeating, but also just somw regular dietary choices, such as, sugar, caffeine etc. Relatively smaller impact on the brain compared to alcohol or cigarettes, but same biochemical process. The worst, the most difficult one to let go of, but the one that will impact you the most, is thinking. Getting lost in the past, stressing about the future, daydreaming etc. Im struggling with this a lot.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
