Idk man. I’m my experience it’s better not to waste your time. Girls tend to be hell yeah or hell no, but we dudes still hold out hope. For sure a rare occurrence can happen like you and your gf, but they are few are far between. Also, if I like someone and they just want to be friends… I still like them and always hope for more so personally I feel I owe it to myself to not put myself in that situation. But, to each their own

Yup. I used to run 4 miles a day, eat mostly leafy greens / sautéed veggies + clean chicken for like every meal. Lost 80lbs from 250 down to 180. Maintained for about 1 year. Slipped out of the routine as life went on and COVID hit me hard. Back up to 245lbs. It’s been so much harder to lose now since I know exactly how difficult it’s going to be, and I honestly don’t know if I am ready for that commitment. We’ll see!
