| 10 | It's shit like this...It seems simple to me, pass a law that gives a certain period of time for all current rape accusers to recant their accusations without penalty. Once this period is up, anyone found to have lied about a rape gets sent to prison. Realizing that if they do lie and are found out, most rational people would avoid lying in the first place. Now, this is not to say that if someone is found innocent of rape in the first place that the accuser gets in trouble.
