1	I have been practicing Stoicism for 3 years now and the quality of my life has increased dramatically because of these 3 exercises. One from each of the greats: Epictetus, Seneca, And Marcus Aurelius. Try them and tell me what you think in two weeks. I'm not OP but I choose a day. I have never used method 1 so I cannot give any recommendations. But Saturday is my day of stress. I wake and hit the gym, slam a protein shake, come home and have a cold shower. I will then take care of any weekly chores (mow the lawn, clean out the fridge, grocery shopping ect). No unnecessary electronics all day. 1	Would it be advisable for me to attend West Point and enlist in the US Navy? Obama has destroyed the military. It is rampant with feminism bullshit, gay, fat and lazy acceptance. 4	Can I have a cigarette? I worked in kitchens after college some and I got on with a city doing power work when I wanted benefits. After I moved I got on with a private company doing line work.
