That's one of the biggest mistakes i've made in the past is being tame in the beginning. If you miss that window it takes so much time to get to the same type of activities.

No lol, if she says "stop" or "no" you stop. This isn't about forcing her to do anything, its about her giving herself to you. However, if she feels that you aren't confidant about what you're doing she will hit the breaks a lot sooner.

You'll know when she's had enough. I had a girl tell me the other day "I want you to take complete advantage of me. When i tell you to stop i want you to do it harder". Anything you ask her "is this too much?" will be a lower threshold then if you just do it. Don't ask, she will tell you, and even if its a bit too much she will probably keep her mouth shut to not ruin the moment and make it look like she bit off more then she can chew. Because in one case you made the decision for her and in another she made it for her self, or at least thinks she did. She will far easily accept anything that came to her on her own then something youre trying to shove down her throat. She wants to see you angry, and an ultimatum is really your final move. Why do that?
