I am sorry you are going through this. This is a really hard situation. The first thing I think you need to come to grips with is that although you and your husband may have agreed that he provides and you do everything else around the house, this situation is no longer tenable. Maybe when you agreed to it you hadn’t considered homeschooling, or you didn’t have issues with your autoimmune disease, or you felt like you could handle it and now that you are in the thick of it, you have realized you…

I disagree with this. r/TRP was made by men, for men. It is a mans space and women have no business being there. If you are looking for advice on how to attract a HVM and be a better partner, you have resources such as this reddit. The Rules Revisited blog is also a good resource, although it has not been updated in several years. There is a saying that if you want to learn how to catch a fish, you don't ask the fish.

I disagree with this. They were together 16-22 so how much could she have realistic accomplished at that time? From the OP descriptions, she was pleasant and kind, but from the OP: > He starts talking over her, trying to outdo anything she would say. He was making jokes about her accomplishments/stories, making rude/inappropriate comments, would brag about completely unrelated things just to appear better than her She probably broke up with him because she was tired of being treated like this.

At it's core, The Red Pill is about looking at the world for how it is, not how it should be. An example of a Red Pill truth is that men are attracted to young, fit, beautiful virgins who are nice to them. Women are attracted to high status, successful men (athletes, movie stars, etc). While I think it is important to look at the world for how it is, have you ever gotten 2 different stories from people involved in the same situation? Depending on many factors, you may choose to see the world a c…

So if I understand you correctly, he has plans for the future, but you don't trust his plans? And his plan to invest in your business idea? When you mention he is being a RPM, I am guessing he is active on TRP reddit. TBH I would never date a man irl who is active on the TRP reddit. Their goals completely contradict our goals. They want to spin plates and abhor marriage while RPW want to find a good man and have happy marriages.

> Recently we have been having a recurring issue of me unknowingly self sabotaging the relationship. Can you elaborate on this? > I get the RPW ideals say that you should put faith in your husband/ partner to lead you and the relationship and I know he has intentions of taking care of me. Boyfriend's don't get wife privileges.

Does he have a brain tumor or something? Assuming he doesn't have any medical problems explaining this behavior I think you need to hire a lawyer and divorce this man. He is no captain or leader, it's time to jump ship. Sorry this is happening to you.

Wow that's crazy about the IV fluids!. I have been very bloated I just hate how my stomach looks but I don't really feel like I can do anything about. Not to be gross but I keep burping and farting and it's really embarrassing but I can't help it. I was reading on americanpregnancy.org it is the release of progesterone which I guess slows your GI tract down but causes the bloating/burping/farting. Don't worry, I am not scared. I figure billions of other women have done this and so can I. I have …

Did you get bloated too during your first trimester?
/r/RedPillWomen15/02/19 09:48 PM

Yes! I can absolutely relate! Glad I am not the only one! I think there is a difference between letting yourself go and doing the best you can. Sitting in front of the TV gorging on pints of ice cream and chips? Letting yourself go. Going from a 2 hour workout lifting 75-80% your 1 rep max and maybe just doing 30 minutes and walking instead? Doing the best you can. (Or maybe I am just trying to make myself feel better).

Yeah I am hoping the 2nd trimester is better!. I just have been so bloated I hate how I look. My diet is so out of whack because I can't tolerate so many foods I used to eat and I really struggle through my workouts. Plus the nausea/reflux/aversions to smells makes me feel like crap and it's hard to get in the mood.

I know there is a lot of dislike surrounding Valentines day but I just see it as an excuse to spend time with my husband/do something extra nice for him. For dinner, I was going to go to the butcher and get a really nice cut of steak and then do roast potatoes. I was going to use a heart shaped cookie cutter to make little hearts out of the potatoes (https://cakescottage.com/2014/02/09/roasted-heart-potatoes/). weaker, slower and more emotionally tumultuous (etc) in relation to men. Because women need men to survive in the world. Because women need men even more during childbearing. I don't understand why you are allowed to post here. All you do is insult us for being women. None of this advice is helpful to being a good partner. women do some 85% of spending in the economy! I was curious about this statement so I looked it up. I found this article in the Wall Street Journal that said this statistic is often cited with no actual research to back it up. This website keeps stating that women influence purchasing but doesn't state where it found that information from. I would be interested to see if you know where that number originated from.

Your first and fifth article are the same article. I did notice that their work was supported by the Dairy Council. I am sure they wouldn’t want to bite the hand that feeds them. However it is a well designed article, but that doesn’t change the fact that when people go on strict plant-based diets, they can reverse heart disease. I can’t access your second article, but I do know the egg/meat industry frequently designs studies so the negative impact of their food is “hidden”. This is why so many…

Eat a diet high in animal products and in animal fats, and avoid processed foods, grains and sugar. So $200 just for food or $200 for food, plates, silverware, cups, drinks, and pans? Because just for food $200 works out to be $5.70 per person. There are crockpot liners you can get to save on cleanup for your briskets. Get parchment paper to save cleanup from roasting the green beans and do precut. So in the nicest but most honest way, if he isn't making it 100% clear he wants to be with and marry you, it is because he doesn't want to be with you. Are to dead set on computer science and/or STEM? Have you considered nursing? You can work weekends or nights. You work 3 12's and have 4 days off. You can do part or full time. Of all the fields you have the highest chance of finding a job wherever you go. When your kids get sick, as a nurse, you will know the questions to ask the doctor and how to take care of your child. The entire profession is dedicated to taking care of others. Pay is not bad either. When the children get older you could g…

This is going to be unpopular advice so it may get deleted. I don't think there is anything wrong with fantasizing about other men and I do it frequently. While I am playing the fantasizes out in my head, I also think about what would happen when my husband found out. The look on his face. My betrayal. How would I feel if he cheated on me? What would happen to our lives? I would destroy everything. Thinking about all the things that I would ruin is enough to keep from acting on my fantasizes. I …

If he was spending all out money, putting us into debt, and illicit drug use, yes. If he was mean and blamed others, I would just learn to stop listening when he started talking. I have never seen an ounce of any of these traits in my husband. If any of these showed up I would be bringing him to the doctor because I would think something is wrong.

What are your deal breakers? Being mean. If he talks poorly about his friends, coworkers, family, if he is rude to wait staff, this is a huge red flag and turn off. Blames others for his failures. Financially irresponsible. I would rather date a man who lives beneath his means. Doesn't like my cooking. :( Smoking/illicit drug use. Doesn't want to get married or have a family. I have always understood dread game not to be something they actually do. If your partner is a catch, naturally other women will want him, and this will cause you to feel dread. He doesn't flirt with those women, or lead them on, or even talk to them, but you know other women do find him attractive, which causes you to feel dread. If he is a good partner he should reassure you that he would never leave you, but you know deep down he has options.

And finally, in terms of finding high-quality men to date, what are the most tried-and-true avenues? I am almost never approached by men when I go out. Before I got married I presented the MGTOW argument against marriage to my husband. He said the reasons he wanted to marry are the following. Sex. Back rubs. He no longer has to cook or grocery shop and his meals are healthier. He likes having a hot meal when he comes home, his lunch made everyday, and breakfast when he walks out the door. When he goes away on business, he no longer has to find someone to look after the dog. He no longer has to clean or do laundry. Companionship and company.

By commit, I mean call me his girlfriend and introduce me to friends and family. When it comes to ONS, for me, I did get pretty attached. It was probably shallow attachment but attachment nonetheless. With the question of ONS vs 5 dates, most guys, in my experience, if they just want sex are not going to wait more then 2, maybe 3 dates before they bounce. I wish I would have been told not to have sex with a guy until he commits to me. The reason for this is it is an easy way to screen out the guys who truly want to be with you and the guys who just want one thing. I wish I would have gotten more advice about how men and women are different. I wish I would have gotten advice about how to vet properly. I also wish I would have gotten more guidance about what to study in college. I think the "follow your passion" is terrible advice for most eighteen year olds. I think the advice should be to pick something that makes a lot of money, minor in something you are interested in, and then use all your money to follow your passions.

Almost 28. Met at 26, he proposed after 1 year. Once I learned how to make him happy, it was so easy. Just listen and remember, show interest in his hobbies, be helpful, cook, be nice, stay in shape, don't keep track of petty things. Hey there, I also have a very negative past that is a major red flag. I am recently married to a wonderful man who tells me that I make him very happy. Here is my advice: Focus on what you can bring to the table. Yes, men like chastity, but they also like a girl who looks good, is fit, exercises, cooks, is pleasant, cares for them, and is kind. Some of us hide it as a wise negotiation tactic because some men do not like it, This is wrong. If a man asks about your past and you feel compiled to lie about it, it is because you know you did something wrong. If a guy asks you your n count and you don't want to tell him because it is none of his business, say so. Don't lie about it. If he decides that is a deal breaker, you both go your separate ways. It is a combination of things. When we first started dating, I didn't want him to feel like I tricked him or lied to him. It is also a lot of shame and guilt. they're doing it in florida in 2 weeks... the post card wedding on a beach, barefoot, etc. So what exactly does post card wedding on the beach mean if you didn't receive a post card to the wedding? Is that just an expression? I still stand by my statement. It is highly unlikely that someone can get engaged, make their guest list, pick a date, and find a venue in 2 weeks. I find it far more likely that this is a made up story to "prove" AWALT. We are just going to have to agree to disagree.

The point is the OP made this post up. The reason you can tell this post is made up is because he said he received a wedding invitation. If you have any experience planning weddings you would know there is no way someone can get engaged, create the guest list, book the venue, order the invitations for the wedding (which usually themselves take at least 2 + weeks to come in), and mail them out in under 2 weeks.

here's the good part: he asked her to marry him last night and she said, "yes." they're doing it in florida in 2 weeks... the post card wedding on a beach, barefoot, etc. Doesn't sound like a justice of the peace or Las Vegas wedding. that's what she said, so why do you care if it's true? I know I don't. So you don't care if the story is true, as long as AWALT. Makes prefect sense with superior male logic.

I wonder why no one has recommended healthcare like pharmacy or nursing or respiratory therapist. Maybe I didn't read all the posts. If you work in healthcare, you have the highest chance of finding a job anywhere your husband works. Nurses can work weekend or nights, to give you flexibility to raise a family. Speaking of family, as a nurse, you will be able to provide better care for your kids or family if they get sick. Nursing gives you lots of opportunities to grow from management to nurse p…

The grass is greenest where you water it. If the only reason you want to break up is to see if you can do better you will be very disappointed. If you want to break up because you feel he takes the easy way out and this will hurt your future together, then break up and find someone who works harder.

Murder is still murder, even if it's for a 'good' reason. I really respect you for saying this. It really frustrates me when people say abortion is not Ok but if she was raped or something then it is. When someone says this, what I am hearing, "If you had sex and got pregnant, you should be punished, but if you didn't want to have sex that is ok." It doesn't matter what happened the potential for life is still there. I am not sure about the abortion pill. I have heard it be used interchangeably …

What about in cases of rape or incest? What if the child has a genetic disorder such as cerebral palsy or worse? What about cases of high risk pregnancy where the mom and baby may not survive? Do you consider the morning after pill the abortion pill? Just curious on your thoughts.

It is so unfortunate that the article's solution to the relationship problems you are having is to call it quits instead of take actions to rekindle the spark. I didn't read Dalrock's post and glanced over the article but some of the things it says: You're easily irritated by your partner Try taking better control of your emotions and not letting every little thing get under your skin. Focus on all the positive things he does (and has done) for you. You go off sex or intimacy Start having sex ag…

I first started reading Return of Kings before finding Roosh, Heartsie, Ian Underwood, and the Rational Male. I have been reading Red Pill Women before you became Red Pill Wives for years. The main idea I have understood is find a good man and defer to him. I have applied some concepts to my personal life and have had much success with my fiance, but I really struggle with some of the things that Roosh and Rollo write. I think a lot of the things they say just make me uncomfortable and I just ha…

Some good advice I read on this sub was "is this the hill that is worth dying on". I think wingnut said it. Any time I want to criticize or complain, I ask myself if it will matter in ten years. People don't always remember what you say but they do remember how you made them feel. And I want my fiance to always feel respected, loved, appreciated, and wanted.

I think I understand what you are saying. You are making an observation that by women working and going out in the world, they are exposed to lots of men. They look at their own relationship and feel they can do better, so they branch swing. I am curious to hear what you think the solution should be. Women stick to female dominated professions like nursing or teaching? Stop working?

I know you are a well respected mod so if I come off of rude or snarky I apologize in advance. I genuinely want to learn more about RP philosophy. This is exactly why men don't want their wives in the workplace and why women entering the world of work with men harmed the institution of marriage Granted, the OP is one sided, but it seems like she is being hit on and is not reciprocating. I have been in situations where I have had male coworkers/superiors hit on me and have looked them dead in the…

My engagement ring is my great-grandmothers. She never divorced, my grandfather and grandmother where married until she died (and he never remarried) and my parents are getting close to their 30 year anniversary. My ring symbolizes a long line of women with long and happy marriages, I just hope I can follow in their foot steps. It isn't very fancy and was appraised to be about $250. I already had a response if anyone made a snide comment: "Oh you meant to say congratulations! Yes I am very excit…

When I was single, I focused on developing feminine hobbies and traits. Since femininity comes from within. I tried to smile more, say nice things or nothing at all, gossip less, and be less aggressive with my opinions. I tried to cultivate feminine hobbies too. I signed up for a intro to dance class to learn ballet/jazz/contemporary to learn to be more graceful. I starting making weekly Sunday dinners for friends in addition to weekly meal prep. I started volunteering as a tutor. I also signed …

I decided to return to school and am in an accelerated nursing program. There are still dishes in the sink from last week and posting here is my study break... Before starting my program I had a long talk with my SO. I explained I will not be able to keep up the house keeping or even cooking until my program was over. He said he understood but really wants me to keep making his breakfast/lunch/dinner. But he also is fine with ordering in, too. He told me the dishes, a spotless bathroom, etc were…

You do not say red pill or or use any of the lingo, you just discuss the concepts, like respecting your husband, being his soft place to land, etc.

You could try giving RP advice with using the RP lingo. For example, with the comment about the fries, wait until you are alone with her. Then trying saying something like, "How would you feel if someone was policing your food?".

When I was looking for my captain I filled my life with interesting activities. I signed up for a dance class, started volunteering as a tutor for adult learners, and went to any and all social activities I was invited to. I tried to think of things I would be interested in but where I could meet men. Think Krav Maga classes, improv classes, cooking classes, festivals and concerts. Even if there is no men in the class there will be women who have brothers, friends, cousins, etc. I don't remember…

I am a slut and I just wanted to share my thoughts for all that it worth. I do not look back on my sluttiness with pride or feel that it has defined me, or made me who I am. Rather I feel intense regret, shame, frustration that I cannot change it, anger and disgust with myself. When I was in my late teens, I swallowed all of the feminist garbage and lies. I am ashamed to admit this but I looked at Samantha Jones from Sex and the City as my hero. I saw women who wanted relationships as pathetic. …
