3	Thanksgiving Mega Thread I cook with whiskey a lot now. I like to marinate t-bones in whiskey and then pan fry them in coconut oil (4 minutes each side depending on thickness), deglaze the pan with whiskey and reduce while the steaks are resting then pour it on top.
