It's really hard to tell unless you pushed some boundaries. Particularly in work places some girls like to be real flirty and just joking about some sexual shit like you explained could be completely platonic. I've also been friends with plenty of girls who will do the whole "omg we should totally hang out more" whenever I see them but are impossible to actually make plans with so I don't think that's a sign either. I think the lesson for the future is that these definitely aren't negative signs…

The thing that works best for me is just having high self-esteem. Imo the best response to have is basically "oh well, she's the one missing out, I know I'm fuckin awesome and there's someone else out there that will get to have the pleasure of my company"

I think if you're gonna decide to just accept your friend cheating then yea, treat him like he's a single dude when you go out... If she has a bf, it's unfortunately pretty likely that she's just looking for a "work bf." This is a weirdly common thing that girls will try to find someone they can be flirty with at work just cause it's fun/they like the attention. It may be a sign that they aren't super happy in their relationship but I generally don't like to be a "homewrecker" or whatever you wanna call it unless they make it super apparent that they're trying to cheat with you.
