the fact that shake has the AUDACITY to critique Deepti's body when she's super fit and he has a gut 😒😒 I was surprised when she gave into him because in the beginning she had the right feeling that he was a superficial guy

I also love how in the film I straight up applied FDS principles. You can never trust men, even if they're "intelligent" like him. He had a whole ass family and decided to have an affair cuz at the end of the day he's kind of a loser :/

Thank god I never idealized marriage, thanks to my parents' relationship 🙃

But this also implies women don’t know what they want if they’re a virgin whereas in reality I think most women (virgin or not) know what they want.

lmfao this is straight out of a rom-com, what a loser

I found a lot of them to be very fuckboy-esque. Quite concerning actually!

Yes you’re right I was honestly trying to be nice to OP but it’s pretty obvious he’s sexually frustrated because a girl rejected him lmao 🤷‍♀️

100% relate. I’m trying to organize a female only casual running group at uni for this very reason. This is just so sad and the fact the men have the audacity to go after her is just horrendous

It’s fun for about 10 minutes then it feels like an absolute waste of time with convos that lead to nowhere.

The more I kept on reading the more I was in absolute horror. Firstly, she should have posted this to relationship advice and not sex because no sex can fix this. I can understand she's in between a rock and a hard place because she does have a child with this man but if I were her I would leave him regardless. He's just abusing her at this point.

If anyone decides to make this an audiobook, that would be amazing

I feel like that popped out of nowhere. Now I see guys being accused of being “simps” everywhere, wonder where that suddenly came from.

Talk about bottom of the barrel. This "man" is crazy insecure about himself, big yikes

I told a guy who was interested in me about my friends ( and most of my close childhood friends are guys) and he was so taken aback. It was strange to witness. He was questioning himself because to him it was weird that a young woman can have a strong group of male friends.

Since when did r/dating become so incel like?? Scary...

Yep it’s all a huge scam. I’m surprised people pay to see him when everything he says can be found with a quick google search.

No for sure, I see what you are saying. Thanks for the advice.

True. I guess if I get back in touch with him it will just be to catch up as friends. I honestly felt we had a genuine friendship going.

I don't see anything wrong with what I've said. I like a guy who can take control as much as I can, not me just imposing myself. It was just a huge turn off at the time that he couldn't even tell me what he wanted. That's all I meant.

She clearly stated she just wants to be friends. Try and move on.

Go with the flow, maybe if you guys get dinner/drinks afterwards you can clear things up. Good luck :)

You can offer to pay but if she refuses let her do it. Perhaps she wants to get to know you a bit better?

Pretty sure nobody likes to be left on read. I would tell her good luck on her exams then hit her up after to set up a date. And if she is the one sending you snaps in the first place, you will most definitely not come off as needy if you reply.

I met someone on Tinder and we went out for drink and talked for about 2 hours. We already had established similar interests so it wasn't too difficult to find a topic to talk about. The first part of our date was really about introducing ourselves after that we really dove into heavy stuff like talking about politics, society etc. I would not recommend that, keep the convo light and flirty!

I would suggest respect her boundaries. She is having exams and that's stressful for everyone so let her finish them in peace. You can text her like "good luck" or ask her she needs help with anything. Try to get back in touch with her after exams and maybe take her out for a drink to celebrate? In the meantime, there's always Tinder hookups.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
