Thanks for the recomendation! But I prefer not to counter psychological problems with medication for so far that is possible. What really helped me change my view on situations and made me realize how redundant people's opinions are is reading a stoicism book. You're right on the biological part and it's a shame that we react this way to that. Hope your 2nd course works out for you, what also helped for me and might be usefull was: -no diary products (helped A LOT) -no chocolate (depends on the …

Yeah, it shouldn't even matter tbh. But in my case I always forget that I easily get red and only know when people remind me of that. So not analyzing is good, but not a complete solution or anything like that. I also agree that the only solutions are owning who you are, IDGAF mindset and climitazing to uncomfortable situations through repetitions. I consider it more a blessing than a curse lately, because it pushes you to do these things and signals to you when you are not handling a situation …

I know it's trivial, but I guess I see asktrp more as a community to ask like-minded people on some trivial (for me frequently) situations like these. While I use the side bar and books for a more big picture view.

Yeah you're right and I have started caring a lot less about what people think of me and will continue pursue that mindset (thanks to stoicism). But I have noticed that I still will blush in situations where I'm pretty relaxed and have accepted that I can only directly control the way I'll handle the situation. So I was mostly asking for some inspiration on how to react to a shittest I will get frequently.

"It's not that you want to die. You just want your life as it is right now to end." You're in a very dark place now. Partially made by your surroundings and the people around you, but also partially caused by the decisions that you've made and how you've chosen to life your life so far. You gotta take responsibility for it, you probably fked up somewhere like we all have done. And that's okay because it has passed now and there's nothing that you can change about it. The only thing that you can …

"Seems like the high school gossip girls are present aswell, so let's get started." Risky around easily hurt people and might not be worthed tbh. Options: Good comeback Indifference A&A Do not: Look butthurt in any way Laugh it off, this makes it seem like it's okay to toy with you

The book "a billion wicked thoughts" he's talking about actually offers some interesting perspective about the sexual desires of women (and men) backed up by pure data and it definitely made swallowing the pill easyer for me. The big words in this video however are very simple but yet so important: Women want to tame a men they value as worthy There is no fun in taming something that's already tamed Probably the reason why a lot of marriaged fail, there's nothing fun in being with a (beta) tamed…

You're already doing the 2 most important shoulder exercises so that's good. I've also lacked in the shoulder department and what has helped me with the side delts is cable lateral raises. I have also found it helpfull to have some variation in my exercises when my progression stalls, but remember that it's important to have decent progress in your exercises. The choices in shoulder exercises are somewhat limited, so I would recomend for example: Day 1: Barbell shoulder press + lateral raise + a…

The muscle and strength pyramid: nutrition -Eric Helms complete explanation on how a sustainable diet for beginners, intermediates and advanced should look like. He won't say eat this and this, but he will explain what's necessary for a good diet. There's a summary after every chapter if you're very unpatient or not interested in that part. It's probably available on pdfdrive

Great! I can understand that if the friend is ugly, she might get jealous if you show clear intent for the pretty one and it can backfire. but if she looks allright and gets enough on her own, is showing clear intent for the pretty one not better better because you're more direct and have a good chance the friend(s) will wingwoman for you?

Yeah I was always very shy and not that confident, so I'm a bit behind on the social areas of life. The title might sound a little pathetic, but I'm happy with the progress I made with TRP so far.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
