5x5 all the way for 6 months. I did cardio once a week to help keep my metabolism high (reduce the ammount of fat you put on). Diet is everything though, I just got lazy after awhile and ended up putting on ~15lbs of fat over a 8 month bulk. Make sure you eat clean but also alot.

Ask for more work if you want, or don't. Read, invest, online courses, meditate, ect. Start an online degree if you feel up to it. Audio books. Chat with your co workers and grow your social circle. There's a lot to do if you have a computer, phone and a chair. I'd move away from your boss next time you shuffle offices, but unless he's literally able to see your computer screen you should be ok.

Don't be me. As of now 125 on 5x5. I'm 6'2" at 165lbs. If you have longer lanky muscles physically it's going to be tougher but generally if you're working out regularly you I would say you should be able to bench your own body weight.

Your order of events might be wrong. ​ You definitely need to ask for her number. Normally I suggest "we should get drinks sometime" to which they almost always respond "sure" because it's non specific and not overtly aggressive. From there ask for her number, if you get it great there's a chance, if not well better off not wasting your time.
