Read her book. She's actually only had 1 one-night-stand.

I think you're missing something here: these things are not the same mainly due to the response of the opposite sex. Example 1: woman has sex with man because she wants him to commit to her. Guy doesn't want to commit, but doesn't matter, had sex. He wins. Example 2: "nice guy" is fake nice to a woman because he wants to sleep with her. She sleeps with him and finds out he's a scumbag. She loses. Women are consistently the losers in these situations so it's unfair to compare the two.

It worked for me and some friends of mine who just got married, just gotta avoid guys like this!

Thanks! Initially neither of us were looking for anything serious, but then it progressed and now we're living together :) We actually just chatted for the first six months after matching because he was just passing through my area. Maybe the suspense of finally meeting had something to do with it!

I haven't been on tinder in a few years, I met my boyfriend there and we're very happy! You can get lucky for sure (in more ways than one...)

I can't verify if it's real or not, but can we even hypothetically discuss what RP thinks of posting this on tinder? Would they promote it or think it's stupid?

I've seen variations posted on /r/trollxchromosomes as well as @byefelipe on instagram. It's clearly an RP sentiment, but I feel like RP wouldn't condone this because of how bitter and desperate it makes guys look.

Not in terms of hypergamy. "The grass is always greener on the other side". People break up with each other all the time, why are we pretending only women want better?

Ok I'm starting to get it. But why is this something stated as unique to women? Wouldn't we all get a better version of our partners if we could?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/16 08:07 PM
1

Ok but how is that somehow unique for women? Can you not say that about everyone? All this talk about "the wall" makes women think that their husbands will leave them for younger women.

Deleted my previous comment because I misunderstood what you said. Now, you're saying would I trade my husband for a better version of him? I would, but only because I love him and want him to succeed. I would NOT trade him for a better version of someone else. Life is a journey and you grow and change together. Maybe he will become more successful, maybe he will fail, but I am generally an optimistic person. TRP is very clearly a pessimistic view of the world.

Ok but you're still saying "All women" It's like saying all people could be murderers. And there are a LOT of murderers. Doesn't it come down to a pessimistic view of reality vs. optimistic? This is what bothers me so much about TRP. They make statements that might be half true, but they speak in absolutes. According to hypergamy I will, subconsciously or otherwise, always have a desire to leave my husband and "trade up". Wtf though?

Sure she's at fault as well, but how can "feminism" be blamed when it's advocating to prevent this? That's what I don't understand
/r/PurplePillDebate05/12/16 09:08 PM

I know it's a ridiculous thing to say, but TRP says feminism is the reason unattractive betas don't get laid. I guess hating women is easier than taking responsibility.

You can't tell me how I'm supposed to feel about my own life, sorry. I love that my boyfriend isn't a bro manchild.

I'm definitely happier with someone more "low key" for a LTR. Simply put, a lot of alpha guys are douchebag idiots. I hooked up with many of them in my early 20s, and didn't want a relationship with any of them. We were just having fun. As a woman I would say most of us would go for a less attractive guy if it means he's not an asshole. Is that "dating down"? Well, only on one metric.

By your logic all tall, handsome, rich married men married virgin women lol

I follow your logic, but I don't agree. If a woman doesn't want to have a child to a man she's not committed to, she'll use contraception or get an abortion. If she doesn't have access, then you could argue just as well that the man is at fault for not stepping up to be a father. That being said, I don't think there's anything inherently wrong with single-parent households, so playing the blame game kind of goes nowhere. We are perhaps too attached to the idea of the nuclear family, and blaming …

I would appreciate a link to a thread that lays out the arguments in a clear way. So far I've just seen scattered remarks that don't come together coherently.

How is this a result of feminism? Serious question, I've never heard this before. Is it because more women have unprotected sex? Then blame lack of access to/education about contraception, not feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 05:41 PM

I'd be the first to say the fat acceptance movement is THE worst aspect of feminism. It's promoting pride in poor health.

I think I understand now, thank you

Why do fat men blame their problems on feminism? They only have themselves to blame for not putting effort in their health and fitness. Tell me is there any fat guy that is really SURPRISED that he's not getting any?

Picking a partner based only on looks is STILL a terrible life choice. But there's nothing wrong with making an effort in your appearance. If you're worried that your looks make you less desirable to women, play up your other attributes. Personality and kindness still go a long way.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 03:30 PM

Can you elaborate on how feminism leads to problems? This is something I have a hard time understanding.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/12/16 02:48 PM

So essentially what you're saying is that you're having the same problem that women have had for so many years, finding someone committed? Sounds to me like the playing field is just levelling a bit!

Oh man I just want to give you a hug. Some things just can't be talked about over text. He's over analysing everything you do and say. If you really want to continue things with him despite how he's been acting, try to call more and text less!
/r/RedPillWomen02/12/16 05:11 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
