He's been writing about this stuff for a while.

Lol, I actually just finished the book. It's one of the reasons I felt good about going to email only communication.

No its fine. I think a lot of people do embellish the whole "crazy" thing. Honestly, I think people assume the best in this situation because she's the mother, and they want to assume that the father is just being difficult. I spoke with my lawyer and he was seriously baffled by the conciliator's response to all this. He's going to speak with her directly this afternoon.

What do you mean "not going to recognize any reason for cutting off communication"? I haven't cut off communication, I just use email instead of phone calls.

It is not mediation. I used that term because that's familiar to most people. A conciliator attempts to make an agreement happen between the two parties. If that doesn't happen, then they make a recommendation to the judge.

Exactly. I don't understand how Family Wizard is a problem whatsoever. She doesn't like that I'm trying to start a new family. She has asked to have my girlfriend involved in the "co-parenting relationship" but then tells her to fuck off on the phone. Its maddening.

Kansas. It's actually a "conciliator" which is basically a mediator that can give recommendations.

I suggested our family wizard already actually and that idea was pretty much dismissed

I want to personally use email to communicate with her. As far as my son, he doesn't ask to speak with her during my time so that isn't even an issue. On the rare occasions that he has asked I have let him call her. There is no court order regarding communication protocols or methods at this point. We are seeing a "conciliator" who does make a recommendation to the judge. But it seems she doesn't care about any profane or abusive messages I've received. Let's see here's number one: "And then I t…

Yes its 1 party consent. I haven't recorded anything yet, but I've installed a call recorder just in case. I'm having a hard time thinking going through that will be worth it considering that they don't even care about the text and email abuse I've already received.

Problem is he's an idealouge. He's subscribed to an ideology so he is necessarily immune to pragmatic arguments against it. This is my main issue with him, there exists no argument or evidence that would change his mind. I believe part of RP is about accepting reality as it is, not as you want it to be. Ideology blinds him and us to this.

Both parties are complicit in big brother bullshit, they just do it for different reasons

Eh, Rogan just seems willing to listen to arguments and change his mind if they persuade him. I wouldn't say he's two faced.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
