Ehh I think you’re overthinking it, at least the part about her not opening snaps in your company. Just because you work out at a gym doesn’t mean you get a guide on doing shit properly, for that you’d need a personal trainer (which is very, very expensive for the most part.) Personally I find the internet as a great resource, as there are countless guides on how to stretch properly to prevent injury and serve as a warmup before your proper workout. Last time I got a gym membership I just kinda forgot about it and never used it... But I guess the idea of knowing your giving money to someone to use their services can act as a motivator, so as to not want to waste your money. For me it’s easier to set an alarm on your phone that reminds you it’s time to do your daily workout.
