Following. Work as a physician. Wife is SAHM. Says she’ll have to move to find a suitable job so she’ll have to take the kids. So 50:50 just won’t be possible. Also splitting assets 50:50 won’t be enough. Anyway she schedules activities 5 nights a week for the kids. My work schedule simply doesn’t give me all that time off. She has all that time off because I’m working. If I had someone paying all my bills damn straight I’d be with them waaayyyy more. But alas someone has to work. The system is …

Depends on your definition…we are about 1 1/2 years into rebuilding. It’s infinitely better than 2 years ago our low point. What do you want to know? Probably not terribly popular but …savethemarriage.com. There’s a podcast as well. You really want to be certain you’ve covered all the bases. That said…you say no house, no kids? Depends on how much you really have in this. I personally under those circumstances would find it very difficult under those circumstances to stay. Add kids, house, and other factors like how you see the marriage commitment, family, etc and it becomes tougher. Best of luck. Either way you will survive. It’s on you whet…

From an ER perspective as a provider in an ED we often see kids brought in because of custody issues. Claims of abuse by the other spouse they want documented. It’s a difficult situation. I share more as an FYI, heads up. It may seem like going for minor things. Just be aware that behind closed doors an entirely different picture gets presented sometimes.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
