1	Modification of internal behavior Honestly, most of what I have learned has come from listening to The Black Phillip Show and reading a variety of blogs. ROK is a good one and I tend to follow a lot of what Ian Ironwood writes. The remainder has been taking a look at myself from a third person point of view.
