3	Stopped using 4chan a month ago but still very racist and sexist, how do I stop this and become a decent person? As much as you can, practice the thought exercise of “how would I feel in this situation/if someone had said that about me/if I had grown up surrounded by xyz cultural messages/etc” as if you were a woman or person of color. I find this especially useful if I try to step into the shoes of a specific person rather than trying to condense the experiences of an entire group.
