Can't beat the simple hand hold. Lift heavy at the start. Do compound exercises. Deadlifts, squat, bench press, military press, rows. 1 min rest minimum between sets, 2 mins max. You'll burn fat faster and you'll notice you're a lot hungrier the next day. Then stick to a diet. I normally eat my 3 meals (or anything) within 8 hours. Gives my body 16 hours to metabolise.
