Well we have already luckily handled this very difficult problem. The only ethical thing to do is to not cause any further harm to anyone who could be innocent. The presumption of innocence cannot add additional harm to an innocent it can only leave the guilty unpunished. In a school situation it does get tricky. Good point. A lot of people think that if you focus on fitness you become stupid. All those images of muscular idiots in movies and cartoons are probably to blame.
