Really? I mean the people who pay more alimony are the people who barely see their children or have a higher income than their former spouses. Children being the outcome of two people, belong equally to those two people. . Can you give me some statistics showing that the men who spend equal time with their children are paying more alimony respectively income-wise to their ex-spouses who spend equal time with their children?

If you look at the stats I’m sure you’ll find far more single mothers than fathers.

As someone who was also anorexic, I agree. It’s horrendous. And perhaps the analogy downplays the severity of eating disorders. But I feel like there are similarities here. When MGTOW men catch feelings they feel guilty. When TRP men get oneitis they feel like they’ve failed. They’re denying themselves something they need. That all people need. They swing wildly between obsession, hatred, guilt and self-loathing whilst trying to convince the world they’re succeeding at life.

You need to start realising that a committed couple who love, support and sacrifice for each other in a loyal life partnership are not entering into ‘slavery’. You’ll never get anywhere in life if you continue to view love as poison. It’s cynical bullshit that’s been foisted onto vulnerable young men because jaded misery loves company.

This. They’re trying to deflower everyone and then complaining there’s no virgins left to marry. Women who don’t want to sleep with them aren’t considered marriage material but ‘worthless bitches’. Women who do want to sleep with them are ‘worthless sluts’. The only consistency in TRP is blatant misogyny.

MGTOW and TRP are the same in that regard. Both claim to ‘not need women’ and both fixate on women. Both are misogynistic as hell. The problem is that they’re trying to deny themselves the most basic of human instincts. Connection. Love. It’s like people with an eating disorder. It’s not that they hate food. They spend all their time thinking about it and talking about it. They’re avoiding it because they’ve convinced themselves that food is the enemy. But the body knows what it needs. And so do…

Wow. Women really are robotic automatons and not people with psychological and sexual differences and preferences.

50 shades sold out because it was taboo matter dressed up as commercial material. You need to realise that most women do not want the people they love to treat them poorly. Are there kinks? Sure! Men and women both engage in them. But the RP emphasis on women being submissive whores is wholly inaccurate.

They had an open marriage. They were separated at the time. No male infidelity in history has been given this much attention, despite this not being infidelity at all. Looks like feminism has a long way to go.

To be honest, aside from witnessing the same phenomenon in the women I know, I used to be that person. It didn’t matter how attractive he was, the minute he showed me commitment and exclusivity I was highly sceptical the point where I would reject him because anyone who liked me had incredibly low standards and there was something inherently wrong with them. I’ve since learned that I’m not all that bad.

I think that women with severe self esteem issues don’t understand why men like them. When a man overindulges in praise, they think that there’s something wrong with the man to be so entranced and in love with someone so unworthy. Then they see the man as even LESS than them, which is a bad spot for any man to be in when the woman has zero self-worth.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/20 10:29 PM

Yep. If you put out you’re a whore. If you don’t put out you’re a time-waster that’s just after money. Apparently men and women can’t have any kind of relationship outside of sex and if they have one within sex the woman loses.

It’s because the women are no longer a 10 and the men can’t fuck them in crazy positions and pretend they’re a porn star, with that inconvenient flesh lump in the way. So they kill them and go back to fapping over Jessica Jaymes.

Ok. 32 is young, but not that young. It concerns me that you can’t look around you and see examples counter to your current reasoning. Unless you’re really just not looking properly. Sometimes we see only that for which we search. Expectancy. Perception bias. Or perhaps you really are surrounded by a culture of superficiality, in which case I’m truly sorry. Happy to chat to you privately if you want to talk to a woman who doesn’t uphold these values. Sometimes I think, however, that we attribute…

I don’t think that people are that superficial they they concoct an ideal mate in reference to their own value. In some paradoxical way, I think we don’t even consider our value in relation to others when we find a connection. It becomes a journey of discovery and association or mutual identification and understanding. Anything else is Hollywood-propagated or autistic-based bullshit.
/r/ExRedPill10/07/20 02:48 PM

Mate guarding, peacocking, all of those things probably occur to some degree, probably more with younger individuals who haven’t yet attracted and/or learned to trust their partner or developed a greater, more intellectual and human understanding of relationship dynamics. However, it’s reductive to assume that our most basic instincts dictate our relationships. We live, grow and learn to understand the complex society in which we live and the human and societal complexities that surround us. We …

Because the fight or flight response is much more important to our immediate survival than our mate selection process. Some human and animal behaviour is similar, however, I don’t believe there is a single study that equates human and animal mate selection processes to be identical.

TRP reduces people to the most base of human instinct but fails to take into consideration their humanity and the fact that we no longer live in the jungle.

Perhaps. Though I’ve been in a lot of disparate social circles. I think at some point, anyone with any decent emotional quotient realises that SMV isn’t a determining factor in a successful LTR. I look around me and in all the different age groups with which I’m acquainted, of various socioeconomic standing, people are really looking for connection. This may not be as true for men, as they’re more visually stimulated, but the women I know are for the most part, better looking and more successful…

I’m pretty sure you’ve never actually met an actual woman outside of school and you’re lapping up every ‘dumb female’ stereotype you stumble across in order to try to understand women. Best of luck to you with your future in MGTOW.

The fact that you’re so certain of this unproven statement speaks more about your own values than those of women. I only have to look at my friends, colleagues, acquaintances and clients in their LTR or marriages to disprove this theory.

You be more creative. You’ve just repeated yourself several times in the above reply. We get it. You hate women and see them as sexual objects. And the irony is that you’ve turned into one yourself through following the dogma of the TRP religion. You’re literally a walking penis. And it’s not just women who see thots like you that way, it’s yourself. You’ve reduced yourself down to a phallus whereby your entire worth is dictated by getting women off. And yet you talk about your sex life like it’s the only thing that counts. Dull, empty and predictable is men seeing women as ambulatory vaginas and not having the emotional intelligence to see past that or the social nouse for actual connection to other human beings. Boring people find others boring.

And you love getting pumped and dumped by women? My gender is nowhere easy as your gender. You’d fuck anything with a pulse and then more. Your whole life is dedicated to fucking and you’re somehow proud of that. How does it feel to dedicate your entire existence to the pleasure of women? I suppose we need men like you around when we’re feeling desperate or bored. Though a dildo is often less stupid. What’s your point? You’re still a sex-obsessed, boring and worthless slut, just like the women you despise. I doubt any of them value you you beyond your dick. Men with a high n-count are trash. Most women know that.

I’m sorry that your entire life a trajectory is based upon absolute untruths. Most women don’t care about money above all else. Hypergamy doesn’t exist. Women are not sluts or madonnas, they’re human and capable of loyalty and love like anyone else. If you’re happy doing what you’re doing, then by all means continue on, but if you’re basing your life decisions on TRP ‘’Truths’ when you’d much rather be making deep and important connections and sharing your life with a significant other, then you…

If you think that most women are boring human sexbots, then there’s a problem with your perception, as stated above.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/20 10:26 AM

I thought that might have been your angle. Good women aren’t hard to find, nor are most of them unattractive. You’re just too focussed on things other than their ‘goodness’ or what they have to offer outside their appearance, like most RP men. Most of them are too fixated on how women perceive them and how they can use that to their sexual advantage to really try to understand women as people and the commitment, love and companionship they can offer to a man who reciprocates.

Not true that you don’t need to feel good about jumping over a table. You’re always challenging your limits whether it be in competition with yourself, against your dudebros or to curry favour with women. Try looking at women as independent people with something to offer outside of admiration and vagina; your perspective might change.

Exactly. Then there’s the other half who want to fuck around before having a LTR with a virgin, but they keep deflowering all these girls who are now ‘sluts’ and ‘worthless’ as LTR material. The women who refuse to have sex with them are ‘shit testing’ them and wasting their time. Who are exactly is there left to marry? Is this why so many former RP men are now in MGTOW?

Oh ok. Women are all exactly the same. My mistake.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/20 08:31 AM

Well, at least it’s only ‘sluts’ that are predictable in the female realm. Every man on TRP is a sex-obsessed robot who peacocks about in order to try to get their dick wet and hates on women who see the through their misogyny.

That’s because we are taught to be polite so we flatter you and your stupid braggadocio to make you feel good about yourself. Men are too busy acting out ‘look mum, no hands’! to notice anything outside of the reactions they’re getting from others.

Newsflash, hiking isn’t the only hobby. Plenty of women have hobbies. Besides, if I’m going to hang out with a group of strangers in the wilderness and they’re all men that’s a hard pass from me for obvious reasons.

This isn’t a female thing. It’s an age thing. Young people want to fit in. They all become carbon copies of each other.

Haha. So. You liked some chick in high school but she wasn’t attracted to you in that way so all women are fake. Sounds like the driving factor behind most of TRP conversions. The dancing monkey trope is something perpetuated by Hollywood that men decided to adopt. They then believe that no woman can be funny and interesting because that’s a man’s job and any woman who outwits them rather than flatters them for their performance is a threat. Women need to laugh and bat their eyelashes at a man’s…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/20 07:43 AM

Totally. There is so much vitriol against women and so much propping each other up in TRP that I’m convinced that half of TRP is in the closet. At least half. Probably more. It must be so hard for the ones who aren’t gay to physically desire something they hate so much that it becomes their central life focus. So much inner conflict.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/20 07:28 AM

There are tons of hilarious female comedians. But if you hate women, like most of TRP men do, you’re not going to appreciate anything that comes out of their mouths. Stop thinking of women as ambulatory fuckholes and you might develop a better sense of humour.

There are a lot of studies indicating that the biggest determinant of a future cheater is having a penis. If anything, women should be avoiding LTR relationships with men and upping their n-counts instead.

I’m not interpreting vibing as fun. I’m interpreting you saying that fun people are attractive to you because you’re saying that you’re attracted to people who are fun. As per your statements.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/20 03:29 PM

Right. So your priorities are ‘fun’. Sounds good. If you’re looking for a short-term hook up at a party. If your LTR was nothing but fun that would wear thin pretty easily.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/20 03:00 PM

Most men aren’t stoic and fearless by nature. The truth is that people need to accept that women and men are both funny, vulnerable and individual by nature and ignore what we’ve been taught to accept as gender norms and be open, honest, true and vulnerable with one another. I think this comes with age to a degree. You learn to look beyond the bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/20 01:11 PM

So the only people you vibe with are those are having fun? Sounds incredibly one dimensional.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/20 12:55 PM

Most women aren’t meek and submissive by nature. They learn that it’s a dating strategy. Then their actual personality comes out at some point, because who can keep that bullshit up, and guys are super disappointed that not every joke they make is funny and they’re not actually gods.

What in the fuck? Do the women on this forum really think like that about men who struggle with women or ‘getting sex’? I certainly don’t. The premise of this entire question is loaded.

Most pregnancies and births within a relationship are agreed upon by both parties. Postpartum regret doesn’t absolve you. If you are careless bough to get a woman pregnant who decides to have the baby, that’s also partially your responsibility.
/r/MGTOW208/06/20 04:53 PM
2

Emotional expression is normal. You say you didn’t control that in her, yet your post indicated that you threatened to leave her at the slightest sign of emotional expression. That speaks of sever insecurities and mammoth controlling tendencies in yourself. It’s not normal to have a relationship completely free of emotional expression or disagreement.
/r/MGTOW208/06/20 04:49 PM
2

Ok different topic altogether. I’d say you would be untitled to more rights if your body had to go through the trauma of birth. Every vitamin and mineral a woman consumes while she’s pregnant goes to the baby. If she doesn’t get enough it’s taken from her body. Every woman risks her life by giving birth. Even if she survives, permanent birth injuries are common. I think that entitles her to more rights in the decision making process.

Why? You don’t think that men, who have a role in creating said children, should have a financial obligation to them? Alimony goes both ways, BTW. She trusted that the relationship would last and he left her due to his own insecurities. He also loses, because he gave up someone he cared about just to try to win in his chosen field. Win or lose in that arena, he’s still going to do it alone. Humans are a social species and he try to can deny that as much as he wants, but I guarantee that loneliness will g…

Do you really think that a female upon male fight is a fair one? The indisputable truth is that women are much, much weaker than men. I say this as a feminist woman. Tell me more about bodily autonomy.

Definitions cannot be mistaken. Interpretations can. If you look for extremism you will find it.

Men have every type of equality. Stop eating up the ridiculous Red Pill hype.
/r/MensRights08/06/20 03:17 PM

Male fragility? Where is this talked about? Fragile masculinity is entirely different to men expressing their emotions. It’s the break-down of the idea that men equate themselves with a certain stereotype. Once that is eroded men can’t handle it. Expressing genuine and legitimate emotion however, is rarely criticised. I like when a man feels vulnerable enough to express his emotions (in a way that doesn’t threaten me, like violence).

Who is ‘we’ and who is ‘they’? If you look for extremism you will find it. In every ideology you will find extremism. Don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Most women just want societal equality. Is that too much to ask?

I think you need to start seeing girls as just another human being. The more you elevate them and think of them as ‘other’ the more difficult it’s going to be. But really, we’re all just looking for connection and friendship, just like you.

This idea of ‘feminism’ is flawed. No man is expected to apologise for being male. Don’t conflate radicalism with the fight for equality, which is what feminism is.

He led her on for years without overtly disclosing the type of person he was. He disallowed emotional expression. When she finally expressed herself he viewed it as a genetic fault. This man is better off never associating with women again. I suspect narcissism or sociopathy.

Your aversion to any form of emotional expression is telling. You think of it as an aberration rather than human (not female) nature. You sound manipulative, controlling and robotic. She’s better off without you.

You’re getting this all wrong. For women, attraction isn’t just physical. If you developed a relationship with someone in your teens who looked a certain way, your love and attraction for them isn’t going to alter just because your physical preferences may change. There’s more to attraction than aesthetics. You can be sexually attracted to someone for who they are as a person. Love is love, and attraction follows. From a physical or superficial stand-point, my preferences have changed drasticall…

It makes perfect sense. You said that women don’t marry broke men unless they’re stupid. So they’re either greedy or stupid, by that logic. Do the stats really indicate that women divorce men at that level for financial reasons alone?

Partners protect each other, that shared vulnerability is an important part of being in a trusting relationship. I was actually proud that he was able to show his vulnerability with me. Vulnerabilit…

TRP admits that men prioritise sex more than women. So why would we want to risk our lives on a daily basis so we could have ready access to sex? Men get respect and women don’t because of the residual effects of the patriarchy. Do not kid yourself into believing that you’ve earned that.

Er. What. Isn’t that the basis of any bigotry? The fact that people don’t like people based on a particular characteristic, in this instance, gender? That’s not a big deal? Try telling African Americans that.

Really? TRP teaches men not to care about women. To spin plates and be indifferent. To avoid ‘oneitis’. It’s all about getting pussy.
/r/askTRP19/05/20 01:41 PM
5

Nope. It’s sometimes the woman’s fault. It’s sometimes the man’s fault. Sometimes both are at fault. But using the reductionist philosophy that TRP espouses would lead every man to believe that their relationship break-down is the woman’s fault because AWALT. Which is a load of shit.
/r/askTRP19/05/20 12:57 PM
3

That’s true. But once you’re dead, do you really miss that person? What happens after you die? While you’re here you can have that person for a lifetime. Lots of people do. You just don’t hear about it on TRP.
/r/askTRP19/05/20 12:45 PM

I think TRP promotes the opposite of this. It promotes AWALT which takes all the responsibility off men’s shoulders. Truth is, men who keep failing at relationships probably need to look inwards.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/20 02:07 AM

Or I could resort to ad-hominem attacks like you just did. If you want to have a constructive debate then focus on the argument and not the individual with whom you’re debating. I don’t see you presenting any ‘facts’ either.
/r/askTRP18/05/20 01:58 AM
1

That’s the thing. Just because it has happened doesn’t mean it’s going to keep happening. Lots of people have committed and happy long-term relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/20 01:54 AM
1

That’s not true. I was with a plasterer and I’m a college grad. He wasn’t high earning either. I know others like this as well. My veterinarian friend is married to a tradesman. The other thing to understand is that people who are educated want other people who are educated as it facilitates conversation and connection. I don’t consider relationships to be a social game. There is nothing utopian about relationships. They can be hard work, but it doesn’t mean they’re not rewarding.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/20 01:31 AM
1

The catchline of TRP should be ‘hurt people hurt people’. This would be far more honest. Losing relationships happens. It’s part of life. The important part is not to become cynical and jaded and to learn what you can from the experience and move forward in a positive way. TRP yeets men into a slippery slope of hatred that is difficult to scramble free from.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/20 01:18 AM

Either most of the people who eat up this nonsense were poorly brought up or they’re narcissists. Or very young (this was shown in the recent poll I ran). Social status is not important. It’s got everything to do with solipsism. Real relationships are built on mutual trust, respect and understanding. Solipsism is comprised of selfishness and being self-centred.

It gets men victimised women by working on the women. They may think they want someone who is a broken mess, especially since it then re-confirms their ideas about who TRP thinks women are. It makes men think all they want is pussy at any cost so they think they’re winning. It’s an empty pursuit.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/20 01:09 AM
1

And so can women attest to it. In fact, the man above eventually turned into an abuser, liar and manipulator. It’s tempting for me to see all men like that. But they’re not and neither are women.

That’s total bullshit. And anyone who becomes distant for any reason is being passive aggressive: an undesirable quality perpetuated by many people regardless if sex. When my partner was going through a difficult time I laid his head on my chest and stroked him until he felt strong enough to continue. It strengthened our relationship as I felt elated that he would entrust me with his most intimate thoughts and vulnerabilities. He did the same for me. That’s what relationships are really about. S…

Let’s see. Negging. Punishing. Being emotionally unavailable. Demanding submission. Playing hard to get. Manipulating them into thinking they mean something to you when they’re just there to foster sexual availability. And when any kind of bigotry is directed toward women because of their sex it’s sexist. Just like directing bigotry towards black people because they’re black is racist.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 07:09 PM

I don’t believe that TRP men are reflective of all men. This is not a typical belief system. It’s a destructive cult, borne of bitterness and cynicism. I don’t even hate TRP men. I feel sorry for them. One of the primary tenants of TRP is to devalue women and at the same time the primary purpose of the philosophy is to gain social acceptance by bedding women. It’s blatantly contradictory. Reducing women down to some inherent biological imperative is sexist. Likening them to inanimate objects lik…

That’s TRP crap. I find it very moving when my partner opens up and becomes emotional. It makes me feel much closer to him and all of my female friends would agree. No one wants to date a statue. Of course if you start blubbering on the first date that’s a bit of a concern, and I think it goes for both genders. Committed relationships thrive on mutual vulnerability, however.

No. We’re talking about gender norm autonomy.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:41 PM

That’s a social imperative. Men are expected, by other men to ‘get pussy’ and once that toxic masculinity subsides so will the n-count validation from other men. Those psychological barriers can be overcome before that, however, by disregarding male peers and their opinions.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:39 PM

This is just a stupid and backwards ideal that’s left-over from the patriarchal culture still so pervasive today’s society. Women can enjoy sex for the act itself and so they should, without being shamed by men. .
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:31 PM

I think that we’re still taught that men have much higher sex drives and are pretty much ready to go at any moment. Therefore the idea that they don’t want to have sex with you is insulting.

And one of the worst things that can happen to a woman.

I don’t think they do to the same degree. TRP espouses abuse, gaslighting, manipulation and outright misogyny.

Well women can reproduce without men. An all female society is at least a long-term possibility.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:18 PM
2

Repeating myself? And yet you keep going on about me being ‘triggered’. Haha. Pot/kettle. You keep repeating your bullshit claim they women are funnier than men without proof. So are you ignoring the fact that your male POV is irrelevant to women? Men aren’t as funny as women. It’s a fact. Solipsism is hard to overcome isn’t?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:16 PM
2

The question wasn’t ‘do women find other women funny’ or ‘do men find women funny’. It was ‘are women funny’. Don’t get confused about the premise of the question. They can be funny. Extremely funny. But men want women to laugh at their jokes. They don’t want to laugh at women’s jokes because they’ve been taught that they are the witty ones and anything that competes against that is a threat.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 05:03 PM
3

Hah. Like men don’t want arm candy or to fuck women for peer validation.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 04:53 PM

I can’t judge women to be funny because I’m a woman? What? So not only is our sense of humour being brought into question but our judgement as well. Yeah. Your misogyny is definitely showing.

Where come from ‘Triggered’ is an equal cop-put to a legitimate disagreement.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 04:45 PM
10

Men are too insecure generally to believe that women might be better at anything than them. They find female humour as an affront to their masculinity as humour, banter and outwitting has always been considered be their domain and women who excel in this traditional male arena are considered threatening as they’re thought to be ‘encroaching’ on the male superiority.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/20 04:44 PM

Males replying with ‘triggered’ to anyone who disagrees with them is also pretty pedestrian.

Yeah. Misogyny is a huge barrier to being able the appreciate and connect with humour. They did a survey on humour with men and women. Men wanted women that could laugh at their jokes. They weren’t interested in women who could outwit them. It’s insecurity based on one-up-man-ship which really highlights the fragile male ego.

Sorry for your loss. But don’t complain about who you attract. You go for young, easily manipulated women who value money and aesthetics, with no depth of character. That’s the type TRP brings to the fore. If you want someone real you have to treat them real.
/r/askTRP12/05/20 11:30 PM

And still. No answer to the question. This is women telling men what men want and men telling women what women want. I’m asking you all to tell each other what you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:40 PM

I’m not stating any statistics. You are. Who says I’m an easy ho? Is that an ad hominem attack? I understand the fact that many men who take the time to understand and implement the all-encompassing RP philosophy must give a huge fuck about women to do so. Where is your evidence that sex detracts from a woman’s value any more or less than a man’s? I’d say that TRP worshipers and INCEL’s are on a par with their hate.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:34 PM

Haha. Blaming the victim again? Take responsibility for your actions.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:30 PM
1

Links to reputable studies proving those statistics?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:26 PM
1

Sorry. I asked for statistics, not opinion that women dominate domestic violence incidents. You spend time in this forum because attracting the object of your derision is important to you. Why is that? It seems that men are taught to whore themselves to women constantly in TRP. Double standards much?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:24 PM
1

Could have fooled me. TRP explicitly teaches men to see women as abundant objects whose primary purpose is to be an object of utility.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:20 PM
1

Where are the statistics the majority of married people are staying in their marriage unhappily? It takes two to divorce. Have you ever considered that marriage isn’t the sole responsibility of the woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:18 PM
1

Proof that women lead the domestic abuse stats, please. It’s common knowledge that men do. If you didn’t give a fuck about women you wouldn’t be spending so much time on a forum training you to attract them. How do women whore their value precisely? How are men simps in these scenarios?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:16 PM
1

And yet you still stick your dick in them? That’s not patience. That’s lack of self-respect. If you really think women are that sub-human then morally speaking you shouldn’t be engaging in intimate acts with them. At least the MGTOW community isn’t hypocritical. As I say, the same men smell like the same shit and attract the same flies then blame the flies and tell their friends. Welcome to TRP.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:13 PM
1

This is garbage. There are plenty of men and women in happy marriages, they just don’t need to come to this forum. Stop beating your head against the TRP echo chamber. And this ‘no choice’ thing is just another excuse to treat women poorly.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:09 PM
1

Perhaps you shouldn’t be so thirsty if it makes you resentful? What’s age got to do with it? And they definitely don’t. That’s just TRP spin to assist you to maintain your confidence when you’re 40 and still floundering when it comes to getting what you really want. Connection, intimacy, understanding and loyalty which are rarely ever served sans-reciprocation. And if you don’t want men to be perceived as rapists then I assume you’re doing everything in your power to dissuade men from dominating…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:07 PM
1

Yes, I’m sure you’ve approached every woman on earth with your strategies. Not a particular subset of women who are young, naive and lack interest in real connection. If you really think women are all disturbed then perhaps it’s time to get a flesh light? If I thought all men were disturbed I wouldn’t be letting them anywhere near my vagina. That would be demoralising and the ultimate in self-sabotage.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 07:02 PM
1

That’s the thing. Very few women say ‘I love you’ for money. That’s just a legitimisation for you to keep treating women poorly. If you make someone the enemy, you can justify a hell of a lot of poor conduct. You’re taking a singular example of a woman who was probably acting just like a man. Get as many fucks in as possible before settling down. Isn’t that what TRP teaches?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:59 PM
1

If you smell like shit you attract flies. And no one really likes flies but they generalise them to the rest of the insect population Unsanitary, abundant and simple. Stop smelling like TRP faeces and you’ll stop attracting the women you love to hate.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:55 PM
1

I could counter this with the exact same responses I’ve been giving. People who respond to TRP tactics are disturbed and this is probably why TRP men think so many terrible things about women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:53 PM
1

Haha. Perhaps if I wanted to use you for sex. But your arrogance and transparency (indicative of underlying insecurity) would quickly turn me off. As a woman, I tend to understand what attracts me. And I understand what my fellow women want. Women are probably occasionally attracted to those qualities present in hybristophillia but are probably extremely committed to the individual to the point of self destruction. They probably have a saviour complex deep-seated in their motherly psyche. It’s a…

No one ever ‘needs’ to use anyone. If you do it, then it’s a want. A desire. It’s not a need. And it’s completely on you. You may have led women to believe that you were pursuing more and they trusted you (a TRP tenet). Is manipulating people that way something to be proud of? TRP says yes. But I think we all know deep down that it’s not right.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:43 PM
1

So you derive pleasure in using women for sex, women who like sex who are probably doing the same to men, and deriding them in the process? If that’s the case, then you need to look a little more inwardly at yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:37 PM
1

If that is the case, then it reflects fairly poorly on men, doesn’t it?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:34 PM
1

Yes, there is a reason. Physical power dynamics. There isn’t a huge percentage of women out there abducting, holding hostage or otherwise lording their power over men. As a female, I completely disagree that the typical female responds to the TRP methods. Perhaps young, naive and trusting women do, but those women grow up. You’re already overdoing it by doing what you’re doing. Even reluctance to express emotion would be enough for me to ditch a partner. Relationships are about mutual trust.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:33 PM
1

Erm. Nope. Men can get sexually used as well. But let’s get back to Tik Tok as that was your primary example.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:28 PM
1

Hah. So. Anyone who dances on Tik Tok is a whore? Or just women?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:26 PM
1

What do you classify as ‘whoring’?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:25 PM
1

I didn’t say it was men’s fault. I said it was your fault. If your social media is being flooded with attention grabs it says something about the people with whom you surround yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:23 PM
1

Yeah that’s the mantra. It’s just not true, fortunately.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:22 PM
1

TRP is an indoctrination that convinces other men that the Baader-Meinhof phenomenon is reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:21 PM
1

So those are the images that are shown in your social media. Women who crave the spotlight. It shows more about your social media preferences than it does about women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:18 PM
1

The women who consistently choose gaslighting, emotional manipulation, domination, negging, status, physicality, degradation are the women who you will attract. You have to decide for yourself if that’s what you want in a life partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:16 PM
1

What you see is men who have those qualities who are unequivocally unattractive and desperately seeking women due to their insecurities about their physicality to the point where it becomes creepy. What you don’t see is the men who have those qualities who are attractive and/or confident who have successful long-term relationships. Their success is always reduced to their CHAD qualities.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:13 PM
1

This could become circular. The type of women you attract are insecure women with issues. No self-value. It’s not all women. They may respond to certain sexual cues, but if you think that getting in their panties will fulfil either party in the long-term, then you’re sorely mistaken.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:10 PM
1

I disagree. As a woman, with many female friends of all ages, I can unequivocally say it’s not true. Does Stockholm Syndrome exist? Yes. Does the abuse cycle crate an addiction? Of course. That’s why it’s a cycle. But emotionally abusing and deriding women isn’t going to garner you a fulfilling long-term partner. It’s going to wear down your significant other to the point where they are a husk of their former self, create codependence and eventually break up.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:07 PM
1

I don’t think those qualities are mutually exclusive to sexual attraction. I think they’re the basis of sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:04 PM
1

A ‘pill’ in this context is a frame or way of thinking. I agree that the two extremes battling it out here are fairly fringe and severe in their perspectives. I don’t know that ‘The Blue Pill’ really stumbles into the same category given it’s just a term to encompass ‘anyone who thinks otherwise’ and comprises a wealth of alternative perspectives.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 06:03 PM
1

If they have to understand what women really want then they have to stop reading TRP. Because that ain’t it. Young, flirtatious and flippant women may fall for the game playing, but those women mature. It’s not a good long-term strategy. Hypergamy is garbage. I’m surrounded by women who are powerful and don’t need a man for status, nor do they feel the need to reproduce. I’m one of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:58 PM
1

A woman’s pussy is going to be much wetter through commitment, understating, security, equality and compassion in a LTR, than gaslighting, negging, emotional manipulation, condescension and inability to fully connect. You may be able to maintain that facade for a short period, but women of any intellectual value will see right through it and leave.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:54 PM
1

TRP explicitly teaches men to carry on their modus operandi when in long-term, committed relationships. Their philosophies are based on deceit and manipulation in order to maintain steady access to vagina. TRP advises men to treat vagina as an abundant and unimportant resource. Don’t get confused. It’s still all about vagina. This is the wrong focus.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:46 PM
1

Which women? How do you know about these women?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:42 PM
1

It’s interesting that despite each oppositional side of the debate, no one is really willing to answer the above question directly. Are we here to resolve differences and influence opinion or for petty retaliation?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:41 PM
1

Have you been watching too many underaged social-media celebrities?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:39 PM
1

TRP’d advice goes beyond a side-interest of attracting vagina to making that one’s life purpose. If one’s life purpose is to get one’s dick wet, one needs to re-evaluate their priorities. It’s not just a sexual strategy, it’s a life strategy and it’s incredibly one-eyed.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:38 PM
1

Why fight those instincts? People protect animals, children, anything that might be more vulnerable than one’s self. It’s innate. That’s a proven fact.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:34 PM
1

Which ones?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:30 PM
1

Yeah? Get plenty of vagina then? Is that your life’s sole objective? Procuring young women to stick your Pee Pee in? That doesn’t make you a man. It barely makes you a person. If you think that sex is the primary objective in life then you are either very young or very deluded.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:25 PM
1

A good portion of people are not like that. Some people are looking for arm candy and others are looking for money. Both equate to status and status-building is based on insecurity. It maintains that the most important objective in life is the approval of peers. Fortunately, a good portion of people exist who have alternative values that strive for long-term companionship, support and connection. TRP or FDS does not teach you how to identify, attract or become that person.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:19 PM
2

The irony is this. TRP men act like everyone else is drinking the Kool-Aid whereas the reality is the opposite. The philosophy is borne of men scorned, hurting and looking for false prophets.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:12 PM

I chose compassion, empathy, loyalty, mutual respect, connection and chemistry. Become that.

I didn’t make comment on your responsibility for each person’s reasoning for being here. I just made observation on what it was.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:05 PM
1

And which men are they?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 05:00 PM
1

And of men? Is TFDS a reflection of men’s hopes and ideals? Shouldn’t they just change to suit women? Or perhaps each side should strive to really understand each other better.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:55 PM
1

The master plan of what? Financial security? It’s baffling that TRP men seem to be living in circa 1945. Women make their own money these days. And if you’re going for women who don’t want to or can’t, then raise your standards. But you don’t want to. Because it’s the only thing you perceive to be elevating you above the vagina you want so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:52 PM
1

By ‘he’ are you referring to me? I’d much prefer to go by ‘she’, but you know, knock yourself out. Ignorance is adopting a minority viewpoint without the ability to constructively discuss it.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:47 PM
1

Not really. There’s nothing scientific about either extreme view. Sounds like you need to suck on the cunt of personal rehabilitation. With lemon.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:44 PM
1

If ‘getting pussy’ is your primary life objective then perhaps some strategies on TRP May work with some women. However, I think what many men will find in time is that this very objective is all but inadequate when it comes to human connection and fulfilment. You will find that you’re not in fact winning. But losing, because the target you were trying to hit was way off base. The contradictory thing about these philosophies is that they’re entirely life encompassing. The indoctrinated individua…

‘Real’ is subjective. You may see a certain entertaining triviality in this forum. But there are those who digest alternative philosophies absolutely and adopt them to become a way of life.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:28 PM

Life and relationships aren’t a game. This is the reductionist nature of extreme philosophies.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:25 PM

TRP convinces men that they want something that I truly believe they actually don’t. Detachment. Cynicism. Hatred.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:24 PM
1

That’s not why people are here. They’re here for understanding, guidance or debate on each respective sex’s desires and modus operandi.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:23 PM
2

I would like to think that this isn’t true of all men. Though if you read TRP you’d certainly come to that conclusion.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:22 PM
1

All viewpoints and philosophies constructed by one sex in regards to another. If you don’t walk in their shoes you can’t understand their path. Hence the above question. What do women want, what do men want?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:20 PM
1

Simmering everything down to the very basics that’s probably true. Though I think there are a lot of other threads connecting this mutual respect and desire for loyalty from both parties.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:16 PM
0

Everything? A ‘pill’ is a purported reality. A purported reality is a viewpoint.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:14 PM
2

Maybe. Though I think a lot of women (erroneously) find themselves here in a quest to really understand the male mind. We’re both complex in our own ways. Though I have to admit that TRP seems to have much more extreme and all-encompassing views of the opposite sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:12 PM
1

I’m one of those people who hasn’t been indoctrinated by philosophies concocted by an individual regarding subject matter that he can never realistically know anything about.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:05 PM
1

In what way exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:02 PM
2

This is the problem. It’s hard to find realistic sources amidst the propaganda. So hence I ask here: What do you really want and how would you compile your guide?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:02 PM
2

Nope. I’ve read the sidebar. If someone were to analyse your wants and intentions and they were completely off-base, how would you feel about that?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/20 04:00 PM
1

Funny how most of this reflects extremely poorly on the men in the story and that’s completely glossed over.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/20 09:33 PM
5

Haha. Kids these days. Seriously though. You need to get the fuck out of here. Go ride a bike and eat some fairy floss or something. It’s preferable to hating on chicks.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/20 09:17 PM
5

Holy shit. Get out of this hell-hole before it taints your view forever.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/20 09:13 PM
4

Yours is too limited.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/20 05:06 PM
6

Yep. Just like women will be valued for what they provide. All relationships are mutually beneficial or they wouldn’t exist. Things that couples provide each other that lead to long-term, successful relationships include, but are not limited to: mutual understanding, camaraderie, emotional support, teamwork, mutual affection, unconditional love, shared sense of humour, regular and enjoyable companionship and mutual sexual attraction.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/20 04:52 PM

Preach.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 05:20 PM
2

I don’t know. Perhaps they felt awkward about it. It’s an awkward thing and probably a bit old school. The idea that half the population of female doctors are paedophiles is whack.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 03:44 PM
8

Yeah there’s a few studies out there showing that women undervalue their own physical attraction and men overvalue theirs.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 03:21 PM
2

Sorry, this theory is off the wall. There isn’t a single woman I know that is in any way interested in shrivelled, juvenile penis. To find several of them all sexually groping kids for any other reason than medical necessity would be highly unusual.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 02:44 PM
2

Probably because statistically men have proven to be much more interested in paedophilic activities than women.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 02:35 PM
1

Why do you think they refused? One’s sexual market value is comprised of what? Their appearance? It sounds to me like your toxic masculinity is getting in the way of your financial objectives.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 02:32 PM

Then the gender wage gap needs to change, rather than anything else. Why isn’t that where your passion lies?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 11:36 AM
0

Prove it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 11:30 AM
2

Yes. I was sliding down a slippery slope of misandry following an abusive relationship, when I noticed the same hurt, bitter, angry resentment in others here and checked myself. I never want to be as detached and hateful as someone of these people.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 11:13 AM
3

Me neither.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 10:55 AM
1

Elaborate on that.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 10:19 AM
5

It was probably protocol. The man probably felt too uncomfortable to do it. There aren’t many women interested in juvenile, underdeveloped dicks.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 09:47 AM
1

TRP Men convince themselves that women want their money to at least feel a little bit desired by the opposite sex. It’s projection. ‘Women have pussy, I want it and can’t get it’. ‘Well I have money, they want it and I’m not going to give it to them’. The first statement is correct. The second is not. Most women make their own money these says. I hope your sour grapes work out for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 09:44 AM
3

Let me guess. You wanted some deep and meaningful conversation from the sexiest chicks with the most revealing outfits. The same women being matched by 1000’s of other guys. She probably had 20 chats happening at the same time.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/20 09:38 AM
5

Me too! I was a hardcore feminist at that age. My views have definitely softened with time. I think feminism is even more prevalent now with the today’s younger women than it was back then.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/20 09:48 PM

You’re doing a good job, but among the RP community, reasoning doesn’t always work. Brainwashing is a hell of a thing. Still, the entertainment factor is strong.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 06:42 PM

You’re not trying hard enough. This is why we have so many perverts in the world and why men have a bad reputation. Completely impervious to reasoning or the opposite gender’s perspective.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 06:37 PM
1

If you had a modicum of ability to self-reflect you would realise how perverted and predatory you sound.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 06:22 PM
5

Funny, all I see is the insecurity of men in this thread. Trying to boost their social status by dating someone much younger. You do realise, that even if you equate beauty with youth, most girls who are under 25 are terribly immature? Or maybe that’s desirable from a control aspect? Which is disturbing. Because, know. Where does it end? Paedophilia?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 06:08 PM
4

Yeah, close to zero chance of these guys getting with much younger women. They need to pull their head out of TRP sand and face reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 06:01 PM
7

On point.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 05:53 PM

Young women have a lot of trouble standing up for themselves and being assertive. Particularly when there are older men involved as they are taught to respect their elders. So it’s a threatening and creepy situation when much older men approach younger women and they need all the intervention they can get.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 05:51 PM
2

You said men can be happy without treating women like objects. Yet TRP teaches men the opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 05:11 PM

Dude, TRP is all about using women as objects. WTF are you on about?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/04/20 04:25 PM

Or you could go over to the sex forum and see something else completely. Where you look is what you perceive. It’s not about ‘needing a woman’ it’s about achieving intimate social connection. It’s doubtful you’ll get that from plates. This requires commitment, loyalty and trust. Marriage is just a piece of paper. But committed, long-term, monogamous relationships wherein you can comfortably share in all of life’s tumultuousness, supporting each other through the ebbs and mutually celebrating the…

Ugly people of any gender don’t want to be with an ugly person of the opposite gender. That’s just life. People strive for the best they can get. For men more than women, however, it’s more about looks than anything else.

I don’t believe I was being impolite. Just direct and honest. Sometimes when those direct and honest sentiments hit a nerve they’re perceived to be impolite or deliberately insulting. The Purple Pill is often times far more imbued with TRP mentality than a split. How has the sexual revolution torn apart healthy relationships and family formation? I’m not sure that your ideology is entirely reasonable. I think the echo chamber is getting to you. There are statistics to prove and disprove every po…

The goal of life is to survive and reproduce? We are social creatures and crave social connection. I work with troubled dogs on a daily basis. While of course survival and reproduction are primary wants, lack of social relationships messes them up severely as they are pack animals, just like us. The goal of most life is to achieve happiness and contentment. You may argue that marriage won’t offer that. However for half of people, according your statistics, it does. Hm. Could be wrong here, but it sounds as if you’ve become bitter about the idea of marriage because you’ve been unable to obtain it, not because you actually don’t want it. There’s a hell of a lot of camaraderie in TRP for people like you and they will continually reinforce your beliefs. I think you do want it, but you’re trying to convince yourself you don’t. I don’t think most women withhold sex for the sake of it. Perhaps sexual attraction wanes when there are other issues at play. You show those things by staying committed, showing empathy and support, being able to identify with your partner and caring about them regardless of their issues.

They get sex cut off? By whom? I think you be been dating the wrong women. Relationships should not be about ‘getting pussy’ alone. There is much more to be gained and if that’s your perspective you need to take a good, hard look at yourself.

Oh I am doing me, and enjoying every minute of it. I feel sorry for your wife. Clearly her sexual history is the most important thing about her. You know she’s more than a vagina, right? Progressive = equal rights and considerations. You should try it sometime. Your wife might enjoy being respected.

NSA sex is just that. That’s the contrast I’m highlighting. Well, the reasons that they don’t want that are flawed. As discussed. If you, my incel pal, want to limit your pool of accessible women, then good luck to you. The people I look for who are interested in a long-term relationship are much more progressive than that.

Sex can be emotional or it can be just sex. Men of all people, with their heightened sex drive should understand that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 02:57 PM
2

Yes. For the men I have random sex with, that is the epicentre of the relationship and we both understand that. But loving, long-term relationships are different. Men’s overemphasis on sex is directly related to the way in which they think women regard sex. They overemphasise the importance of the sex act to women and feel insecure because she’s had previous sexual partners whereas the reality is that sex is not the glue that holds relationships together, for women. No woman is out there having …

You don’t understand it and you don’t accept it, as evidenced by this conversation. Men suffer from an over-emphasis on sex. Sex should not be at the epicentre of a relationship.

“Why won’t women just think the same way as me about my actions!!!!!!!!!”
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 02:35 PM

That’s where men need to stop sucking their own penis enough to pay attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 02:29 PM

Given the massive increase in domestic violence intervention, I’d say it’s affecting women more.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 02:28 PM

Nope. Wrong. For me, and I say that because all women, like all people are different, it’s like this: ‘You’re attractive AND show promise of being a great life partner. I’d like to get to know you better so that when we have sex it is enhanced by our emotional connection. Sex built on love and mutual respect is much more satisfying. I don’t want to treat this lightly and discard you post-coitus like I do the men who don’t have the compatibility qualities that you do’.

I am part of that community. Most if it has to do with communication issues or porn addiction. Not to do with previous partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 02:19 PM

I think you’re coming at this from a much different angle than most Red Pillers. However, as I said, sexual compatibility can be worked on. It amazes me that men put such a heavy emphasis on sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 01:08 PM

My question is, why is it an issue for women and not men? Wouldn’t they also be comparing? And while sex in a relationship is important, it shouldn’t take priority. Sexual compatibility is something that can be worked on and I certainly wouldn’t cheat on or break up with someone I loved because they weren’t as refined in the sack as some rando. Sounds like there are a lot of insecure men out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/20 04:52 AM

Why what’s the issue there?

I Have two categories. Men I have sex with and men to whom I would commit myself. They’re both.very different.

Conflating sex with love again. Men.

Less and less. But the bulk of people do, right now. I think that’s changing.

There are lots of women who don’t want kids these days. Have friends my age and older who have zero interest.

I’m 42. Just saying.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 05:13 PM

How odd. There are so many women who don’t want children these days. Myself included. I don’t think the ‘female imperative’ is always what Red Pillers think it is.

I have done so.

Why have I privately messaged you? To give you the option of freely expressing yourself without an audience. I’m not tiptoeing at all. I’m being quite direct and honest and speaking from my heart, in fact. If you would like to continue to exchange ideas, I’d be happy to do so privately. :)

External validation is important to everyone. That’s why I’ve decided to privately message you. You can choose to respond there, or not. It’s up to you.

Well. Do it. There are lots of chicks out there. But I think you’ll probably find that a bit empty after a while.

I prove him wrong by my very existence. I don’t need money. I have my own. I’m not interested in the money of others. I don’t need status. I have my own. I don’t need children. I’ve never wanted them. I like sex. I don’t need to trade it for anything.

You keep asking me how this makes me feel, like I’m meant to be angry or insulted. I don’t feel any of that. It makes me feel genuinely sad for you. I feel like you’re so wrapped up in this terrible ideology you’ve forgotten what you really want. Women are not the enemy. We are people, just like you. And we’re all looking for the same thing (whether you realise it at this point or not). We are a social species who crave human intimacy and connection, for the most part. Men are not about procreat…

So you share moments of love for a woman that you’re having sex with but you’re also manipulating her? That really can’t make you feel good about yourself if you give it a moment’s thought. Do you have empathy or do you fall into the pathological category earlier mentioned? I’m not sure what you mean by ‘hamstering’? So your goal is to impregnate as many women as possible and leave them as single mothers to raise these children? If we look at biology there are a lot of animals that mate for life…

I still don’t think you’re arguing an opposite point. There are people who can love multiple people and as long as everyone is happy, on the same page and no one is being manipulated. You can still call that love. You talk about ‘trade’. What is it you think you’d be losing of yourself to be in a committed relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 08:53 AM

Obviously I’m precluding people with pathological conditions. If you think life is about sex alone, then you’re in for a very empty existence.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 08:42 AM

I really don’t think you’re arguing an opposite point. Love is something internal felt by each person for another person. Sometimes there are relationships in which infidelity occurs, mentally or physically. It’s unfortunate, but it happens. Just like long-lasting romantic love between two people, which I think, despite all the indoctrination, is really all anyone is looking for. No one is going to find real fulfilment in sex or cars. ETA: To love and to be loved is really at the crux of human e…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 08:33 AM

Well. Love can also be an internal emotion that is inspired by another person and that can hold true for the recipient of that love. Two people feeling long-lasting romantic love for one another, inspired by one another, does exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 08:11 AM
2

Haha. The indoctrination is strong with this one. I’m not even going to attempt to change your mind, because you’ve been highly radicalised. Inhaling this ideology will not make you happy in the long run. Best of luck disentangling your mind, though. I truly hope that one day you find real love.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 08:04 AM

Is love sometimes unrequited? Do people have unresolved issues that lead them astray? Yeah, I guess that happens. Achieving mutual and long-lasting love isn’t always easy. But looking for it expensive cars or large breasts isn’t really walking the right path towards finding it. ETA: Or if you meant that potentially the other person might just be thinking of sex within that relationship, that alone can’t really be classified as love. That’s lust.

There are undeniably limitations in the English language when it comes to the expressions of states or feelings. Semantics aside, I guess you know it when you feel it, and most people wouldn’t equate the feeling with things of a superficial nature.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/20 07:42 AM

It’s undeniable that romantic love has an element of sexual attraction attached to it. But I believe that in healthy relationships, caring about the other person, wanting to be around them and feeling attached take a greater priority. I’ve been looking at some of the male oriented dating sites and some of the female ones. Some of the priorities seem to be misguided, in my opinion. Wealth, physicality, social status are all things people think they want in another person. But if you’ve ever seen …
