I think there is danger in following all of the principles all of the time, as it can make you too agreeable. 3	How I get over the fear of going out alone? At one point in my life, I wouldn't even consider going to a bar alone. Now I do so without a second thought. Why do you want to go to the bar alone? If your answer is "I'm going to use it as an exercise to flirt with women", then that may be your source of anxiety. I find going to a bar by myself for a change of pace with the expectation that I may not say anything to anyone outside of my drink order makes going alone much less intimidating.
