An employee politely refusing a lunch invitation by another employee isn't mental harassment in any way, shape, or form. That part is absolutely bullshit.
Hmmm...likely lying about something as basic as height, big hair, badly filtered photo, pregnant at 15, way too much goddam makeup, duckmouth, lists make-up as a hobby, hiding her body, obviously far from the sharpest knife in the rack, challenges guys with "balls" to text her, and gives off a hard slut vibe. Might be a near-record holder for number of red flags in a profile.
I think you hit it on the head right there. She deluded herself into thinking she'd always be a catch and made money/success her main attractant. Fuck actually liking a guy for who he is.
