Yeahh seriously, I lost it when she got to the part where she wanted to talk honestly like normal human beings then he pulled out the bible and wanted to read it together. When she asked again he shut down and blocked her. WTF, the irony of wanting to read the bible together after full blown cheating on his girlfriend that gave him her kidney?! NOBODY deserves to be treated like that. Special place in hell for this guy

I see this as karma, he called himself "motivated, clear thinking" like he's going places then calling her lost. Why is he expecting a random hookup encounter to help with his car at 2am, that's literally what insurance is for. Just the overall entitlement of him. Funniest thing is he's dishing it out but can't take it, "due to very mixed response.." basically, he's looking for an echo chamber of people agreeing to him but refusing to hear the wake up calls. That's why he's bias and would entire…

Exactly. They’re really delusional. When I was a 18 year old GIRL I remember 40 y/o men hitting on me and I saw that as gross cause they were my dad’s age. I didn’t even see them as a “potential partner” cause it just felt so inappropriate and gave me creeps when old guys approached me cause it made me realize they were seeing me in a sexual light. Why would any secure young attractive women go for a wrinkly old man willingly when there are so many guys their age or a few years older. It’s clear…

Yes if you ask them what they would rather chose, a girl taller than them or shorter than them, you'll get a sheepish response back cause THEY KNOW IT'S TRUE, they're so hypocritical that I don't even empathize with them and its coming off as pathetic seeing it so often in those other dating subs. They're just petty that women don't fall and kiss their shoes for gracing us with their presence and instead of dealing with the fact that they have shitty personalities or nothing else going on in the…

Lying - end of story, whether the intention is to test somebody or bad intentions to hurt someone is not a good human trait ever. Especially in a partner. It means you’re willing to bend the rules in your favour so you get what you want at the expense of someone else’s feelings. And why you do need to test someone, it shows me you immediately think the worst of others and I will question everything else you told me. You said you have a sister? Are you lying? You said you’re single? Are you lying…

Totally guilty of it, in another article it said he disappeared for 3 days before they notified police. The family even retrieved his car from some random hiking trail in that time

Reading comments like that make me sick. I mean like… hello, we’ve lived in patriarchy male dominated societies since the beginning of time and cases of women going on mass murdering sprees on men is like zero. These type of guys think the world revolves around them, don’t get any female attention boohoo it’s not the end of the world. How shameful for them to victim blame, especially when it’s a 3 year old child who never even got a chance at life

I cringed listening to how proud she sounded. Second hand embarrassment is real. How is that something to be proud of? That he was a coward and couldn’t even bother asking her upfront to split or pay?? You don’t just get up and let the other person sitting scramble to figure out what to do so that the waitress can end her shift. Even girls don’t do that when they want men to pay

Seriously this. Used to travel a lot for work. We go as a team and straight up saw my married coworkers hit on other women during our nights out. One of them even took their ring off one time. Was never sure if they ever crossed the line into cheating, if flirting doesn’t count as cheating, but not surprised if they did.

Yepp this is so relatable. I never dated in my teen years, mainly due to unresolved family trauma from my parents divorce. After being a pickme for my first relationship and recovering in therapy, I’m thankful that I’m not like one of those girls that gave into society pressures that you MUST date at all times. Since then I’ve only let guys into my life if I know they have the same priorities as me, and I have very high standards that I hold myself to too. Now I am earning a pretty penny well ab…

That's the funniest part, he's only been in her life for 4 months, where does his entitlement come from to think that he can judge her for her decisions as "impulsive", he wasn't even there. If anything, all her choices were a combination of smart decision making and perfect timing - this is not impulsive. That's an excuse he made up to make himself feel better so that he can "match up" to her level and rather than believe she's smart, minimize her accomplishments at such a young age. Hope this …

This. No matter how slow the approach is, I’d still be uncomfortable since a lot of us women feel like it’s an intrusion of space/personal time. Doesn’t matter if the guy is good looking or not. If she’s giving you signs to approach, ie a smile then that may be a different case. The tactic OP mentioned may work in other settings better.

Yeah I’m shocked at the number of 18-20 year old influencers that have had lip fillers and Botox done. Growing up, Botox was something I always though 50 year olds got but these young girls are getting preventative Botox and I haven’t even thought of getting it yet. The glamorizations of the Kardasians and these celebs with all this work done have really done a number on young girls.

It’s funny how men nowadays still complain about how expensive dating is when our parents and the older generations went through exactly the same things without complaining. Dating has not changed, men go on many many dates trying to court women, exactly what our parents went through. And the older generation didn’t have any of this 50/50 splitting on dates or casual sex so arguably men nowadays is saving money while getting more benefits. Edit: someone left a comment saying what about inflation…

Yep, the brainwash is worst than I thought. Skimmed through the responses and all of them agressively attack FDS and other women, not one constructive proper "come back". Saw a lot of responses that say "not my fault that men cheat, can't change their behaviour if they cheat then go home to their wives". But you can!! It's the same as a girl matching on tinder then finding out the guy has a girlfriend/wife - if you choose to interact with him and sleep with him, you are knowingly being a partici…

This is eerily similar to Betty Broderick. And shows that this is very common in real life. The fact that he’s so adamant about the prenup means he’s already thinking about how the relationship will end. In normal circumstances I am neutral about prenups and I would be willing to sign one too since I have built up my own wealth which I’d like to protect. But in this case, that OP sacrificed her own youth, career and basically became a live-in maid and free labour for his business and he still wa…

My past exes all either weren’t ambiguous or earned less than me. A lot of my low value exes wanted “mothers” or “wives” to baby and take care of them even when we just started dating but I was always career focused and that was my priority. Many of them tried to gaslight me into thinking I was ruining my life by climbing up in my career. That destroyed my self esteem and made me question myself many times. Needless to say, couple years out I am in my cushy job earning bank, making even double t…

Yeah I’ve been thinking about it a lot and back in the day women being SAHM while men work worked in a way that was “fair distribution” of work even though realistically it was unfair because women should be allowed to choose what type of lifestyle they lead and be equally paid for it. But now that women have the opportunity to work, society is turning around and saying but being a mom and full-time child caretaker is still your job, you’re privileged to now have a outside job but you still need…

So much truth in this. Anytime I used to dead fish, it’s exactly because the guy was selfish in bed and did nothing to even try and I’m completely turned off and literally hoping it ends soon. But with attentive men I am a different person.

My god, the top was cut off. Saw your comment then went back to re-read it... as if it wasn’t bad enough, then to learn he earns $50k and she earns $10k and they’re still 50/50, even medical expenses for THEIR child.

“All the women carrying signs saying no means no have had sex with a man who didn’t ask first” Umm no. A no actually means no. Women communicate. Girls less than 18 years old may confuse “no means no”. Reading those screenshots made me feel super gross; guys using these tactics are predatory. That’s why when other subs say that FDS is like Red Pill I literally roll my eyes because we don’t come up with strategies to pray on men like they do on vulnerable women. Be careful of these tactics ladies…

The irony is, sure a lot of people will give FDS a pass without even looking into it. But the more "hate" FDS gets, the more it helps get the sub known. A lot of followers such as myself were very curious about how "incel" the sub could possibly be, but instead after reading through the posts realized we finally found a safe place to learn and grow.

Media glamorizes aging for men, but this only applies to handsome older celebrities like George Clooney, Denzel Washington, Paul Rudd, Matthew McConaughey etc. They age so well and look 30 at 50. This is the attraction - having the "wisdom" of an older man but looking young. Doesn't apply to the average man cause the average man can't achieve it; celebrities have the best trainers, personal chefs, dermatologists, cosmetic procedures and resources to help them stay attractive. In reality, most me…

Strength and independence so that you can stand on your own as a women and instead of “needing” to have a man provide for her or forced to stay in a relationship, she only “wants” a suitable partner and is free to leave anytime he doesn’t meet the standard or turns abusive. The ring signifies the fact that times are changing as rings in the past were given by men as a sign that they will take care of her as a life commitment and is what women used to chase for. It doesn’t mean women don’t want m…

There is no double standard when women have to carry a child in their body for 9 months. A man can DECIDE to just walk away from the baby and not take responsibility like they already do. Now they want to decide whether or not the women wants to get an abortion or not?

hem are, can't say the same for the rest. But what all their wives, invariably, have in common is that they are all good looking, a bunch of years younger, and they don't ask too many q Very interesting view of life as the top 5%... but again, you're talking about a very prestigious small population in the world. I think this post is targeted towards general educated men and women - as a successful women, they are aware of everything you described, its literally a classic cliché of how a certain…

That is your own isolated experience, I've worked in several jobs in office, most people don't know the names of service workers, some nicer ones will have a short conversation "how are you today" "good" "bye, see you" conversations, I don't think a relationship forms that way. But everyone I work with have normal interactions with their coworkers frequently just cause there's more to talk about - terrible bosses, details of projects, office gossip, work plans, vacation plans, personal life.. ma…

Agreed! I was absolutely disgusted reading that post. I almost left a comment on his post but decided not to cause honestly guys like this are a lost cause and there’s no reasoning with them or even trying to enlighten them and trying to do so is wasting time. His comments were literally him gaslighting the hell out of everyone. Makes me so frustrated how entitled and disrespectful these scrotes have became.

We all learn from our mistakes, I went through the same situation as well. At least it was only 5 months and you didn’t stay longer. Its quite scary that the breakup from 8 years ago can be still so fresh in his mind, he was definitely not ready to date and it was completely unfair to you and any girls he plans on dating in the future.

This definitely is an example of exactly what was described in the post. Good for you on establishing clear boundaries and cutting off the contact. A lot of times creating that distance is the hardest but it’s also the best for ourselves and the guy, as much as you do want to help them even as a friend, they have to sort through the issues internally themselves.

Really great points, especially the part about being careful about guys that haven’t fully gotten over a lost love or breakup. A lot of men aren’t taught how to properly process emotions and as a result close themselves up after a breakup, which doesn’t make the problem disappear, it’ll always resurface again as baggage when they’re with someone else.

Men earn more than women due to career choices and hours worked. Women have better work life balances. That is not entirely true when you compare a man and women in the same profession. I know for myself and women in my friends circle and people in my profession, we work the same hours as men and yet when conversations come up about salary between coworkers or my university guy friends, there definitely are differences that favor men, obviously the difference is not as much as it was in the past…

Men earn more then women, so in the flip side if a women earned more then the man would get half of that too, that's obviously not the norm but with women earning more then men as a trend there are a lot of relationships going in that direction. Plus to entertain the idea that beauty is a women's "currency", that drops very quickly after a certain age. For example a couple gets married at 25 and divorce at 35. Women are objectively viewed by men as attractive the younger they are, so a 19 year o…

You commented twice but I’m just going to summarize my response here as your intention is the same. Honestly I’m not putting myself on a high horse saying because I’m educated I deserve the cream of the crop. I’m not KK looking for a good looking millionaire with 6 pack abs, the bar is set so low for a decent man vs decent woman. All it means is I’m looking for someone put together who I can have stimulating conversation with, aware of the same issues I’m concerned with, which from experience da…

Nowhere did I say I only care about a mans value. In my original post I basically mentioned having a balance of education and other qualities (ie personality etc), someone with equal attributes as myself, so I don’t think that is asking for a lot if I possess those traits as well. The fact that you have to block me is funny when I’ve only been rationally reasoning with you, while you continue to insult women without any comeback to what I’m saying.

Yeah cause men are less educated in general so if I were in the top 40% of the dating pool, a man with the exact same education/experiences/attractiveness would be put in the top 15%, as an example. I question your "less opportunities", if anything men were always primed in my profession to move up to management easier than women. About 60% of our leadership roles are held by men still... basically that top 15% of men who were ambitious and putting in the work do very well, men just have to want…

This is very true. As a women who makes a pretty decent living, when I'm dating I do look for someone who at least has the same economic status as myself as the baseline and it's surprising how hard it is to find a well educated (single) guy who also has qualities I want in a partner. My single girlfriends seem to all have the same opinion on this as well since this topic is something we talk about a lot. I have the same experience here, my ex always wanted to go dutch or take turns paying which I was fine with, then I lost track but for sure knew I was paying more, especially during trips a lot of can you pay, I’ll pay you back but he didn’t. My situation was the opposite where he was earning more then me and doing well for our age, he already had property that he was collecting rent from while staying home with parents and always said he was tight with money cause he had to pay mortgage, to whi…

Learnt this early on, a couple of years ago my first boyfriend didn’t even checkup on me or ask how I was doing when I had the worst flu of my life, my fever lasted several days was so bad I almost had to go to the ER. He went out to go clubbing with his buddies. One month later I broke up with him after realizing he was selfish and NVM. Can’t imagine what would happen if I stayed and had something like cancer.
