Ooo yes you caught hit the nail on the head. Hey, thank you for sharing your story. This is all very heart breaking to hear, I think it sounds like those Caucasian men that said that were absolutely catagorizing all women from a certain region in a box and fetishizing at the same time. Yeah I completely agree. I think what she is is an artist and in her lyrics “he hit me and it felt like a kiss” she’s trying to show us how emotional or physical abuse can completely alter your reality and fuck with your head. Yuck. I do not doubt it. Only once has man conjured up an entire date only to text me the day of and not mention shit about the date 😂 so I brought it up the next day and he THEN apologized. I stopped seeing him lol texted him “yeah we have nothing to talk about enjoy your night!” He was also the least cute guy I had ever hung out with... it was kind of a fuck it maybe this guy will be nicer lol nope. This!! I completely agree. It’s a way to try and let everyone get a free pass. Last guy I was seeing asked if I was in to getting slapped or getting called a slut...like no? I think it I was in to that I would’ve let you known. Needless to say glad he’s out of my life, the best guys I’ve dated have never had that conversation with me or tried any of that... such a turn off. Run the other way.
