My guess is the former men's bathroom is single user and the womens is multi user. Most people are probably not super comfortable about multi user restrooms being gender neutral, which is why they left the women's room gendered. I think all single user bathrooms should be gender neutral, it just makes sense. All our shit stinks. That being said bathrooms should be gendered if they can't all be gender neutral.

It is my understanding that woman have to be charged the same as men for a plan. So the cost of new mens plans are going up compared to the previous ones and the cost of womens plans are going down compared to their previous ones, but men and woman are paying the same price on obamacare. Isn't paying the same price equality when you are getting the same amount of coverage? Sure their plans may cover birth control, but ours cover prostate exams.

If a 5'4 140lb man punched you in the face would you defend yourself? WHy should it make any difference f it is a 5'4 140lb female? Obviously if you get in a physical altercation you should only use as much force as necessary, but the gender of the person shouldn't matter. I would suggest trying to physically restrain a woman, if you can, before hitting her because society does not look kindly on men who stand up to physically abusive women.

If you knowingly did it maliciously yes. If someone lies and cries rape and it is believed then the supposed rapist gets sent to prison and loses x years of their life on a lie. If an individual tries to steal x years of a persons life with a lie they should lose that many years. You would definitely see a sharp drop in false rape accusations.

Expanding the rights of gays and adjusting laws laws accordingly, such as for divorce, only benefit mens rights and equality. Once gays can marry in all states and divorces and custody disputes between same sex couples become more common place it can only make the system more gender neutral. You sexuality, belief system, race, nationality, or whatever don't effect your gender and should not effect your rights.

I can understand a school having the ability to approve in school fundraising, but the kid could still do it outside of school. Also from what I read they aren't slaying he is not allowed to have a mustache, or participate in movember, just that he can't do it as a charity at school. Still a silly decision though.

Simple solution. If a man impregnates a woman he should be able to take her to court and if he can prove he has the money on hand for an abortion the woman has two options. She can have the abortion, completely paid for by the man, or she can tell the judge that the man is free from all parental and financial responsibility. The man would then have no rights to the child but would also not be financially responsible. It is a win win situation for all.

I thought that registering took place when you also registered to vote? While the draft may be sexist it is not worth getting a felony over. The odds of there being a draft seem pretty slim right now and since you are in such poor health you would probably be disqualified anyways. If I were you I would just sign it and move on. I am 5'8", 200ish pounds, and hate almost every aspect of my body. I feel that I look fat and disgusting if my shirts arent really loose. The idea of being topless anywhere is terrifying to me. According to society I am supposed to have a 6 pack, or at least flat stomach, but instead I have a beer gut. To preface I actually prefer, and usually date, curvy/large. As a large man however it is generally harder for us to find interested women yet almost everyone has heard stories about larger woman hooking up with guys even if it takes them a while. Well it is special victims, so its going to be about rape and crimes about children. I find it to be a really good show but since it is a crime drama it tends to be over the top and have characters that reinforce stereotypes. At the end of the day it is just entertainment and has to be taken with a grain of salt so dont get too worked up over it.
