2	My experience a few days ago confirmed my stance on women You can literally spend 30 minutes in the gym whenever you want and get some awesome gains . All you need to do is the big 7 for low/medium weight good amount of reps and good form. Deadlifts , squats , OHP , Dips , pull-ups , Rows , OHP then any misc work like legs or abs and shit.
