Strength training is not unhealthy. Taking loads of steroids and getting hit in the head for 20 years is. A lot of professional athletes are most likely on some form of steroids so do not compare yourself to them. What you can achieve naturally should be good enough to look good and feel good. You'll only have heart problems if you do steroids or take crazy pre workouts all the time.

Same bro I can't believe there aren't more guys in the church lifting. It's such a shame that they don't take care of their bodies

Wild at heart is a pretty good Christian book to read for men. It pointed out tons of flaws in the church, but also explained what true Christian men do and the Bible reasoning behind it.

Please tell me that is a joke post. I never read trp subreddit but from that post alone it seems like they just want to have sex with as many women as possible. Sounds pretty shallow and won’t get them far in life

Women aren’t attracted to jerks because they’re tools, they’re attracted to jerks because they make them feel desired Edit: what I don’t understand is why women are drawn to the loudest most boastful guys. Men don’t need to boast because their actions represent themselves

Dang those are some crazy hard goals to accomplish. I honestly don’t know anybody that makes 75k, benches 250+, and is under 12% body fat. I mean I’m driving towards that, but I’m probably 5 years away from being able to do all of it

What are some big telltale signs a woman isn’t Christian? For guys it’s usually partying. For women i think it might be instagram

If you have to make your wife sign this then you’re probably marrying the wrong person

Yea I feel like we as men need to start being more manly in our churches. Idk about y’all but when was the last time the men in your church got together and watched football or ufc fights?

When trying to look for a group of men within the church to to find “bros”. Guys that hit the gym and have a typical bro attitude towards life. You’ll know when you see a bro vs a typical beta church boy. I don’t really care about dating right now since I’m so young (only 20), but try to find your purpose within the church and try to be successful in your career. If you do both of these well then there is no way you won’t have Godly women wanting to date you. People will also want to be around y…

I’d ignore it and whenever she texts back to you I would explain that it was pretty rude for her to do it. Any girl that flakes or ghosts should automatically be cut unless they apologize or try to offer another time for the date
