I have a question regarding intermittent fasting and lifting. I use to drink a protein shake after a workout, but if I got to train in the fasting stage, I shouldn't drink my shake? Or maybe I can divide the periods of time? Thanks.

Thanks for the direct approach friend. I did acted like a pussy and with no self respect and dignity. Going to get it all together. Im not a guy with no confidence. Im good looking, know how to approach. By the way lost 40 kgs (been overweight like 120 kg on 1.80 cm) but still has a little loose skin in my belly. My problem is that when i get emotoinally involved im probably losing frame and game. Going to read everything and comeback stronger than ever.

Thanks for the reply mate. I will start by saying that i totally screwed up and by reading TRP material i realized how much. I did cut any contact with her, she is the one who's engaging contact. Every call or text are answered in a very cold manner. You are right in everything. I truly nexted her and banged a lot during this period, but it feels like knowing she is here again has taken me backwards.
