When I’m on feel-good high, I like to get things done and celebrate by grabbing a drink at the bar. By evening, I’m probably chatting with a stranger and ending the night out. When I’m low, I’ll stick to myself and ride the waves.

I like this post. Congrats on putting yourself out there. I did something very similar a couple months ago. Now, I have some more friends that are not also my work peers. Yes. Maybe even a food or drink. The goal is it have a consistent positive association with any cue of your choice. In this case, OP’s suggested cue is essential oil.
