No. I'm arguing that the problem has been addressed in the US by rule of law and those laws are stringently enforced. Have you ever studied this? Are you going to argue that no more efforts need be made by other groups because X number of cases exist? Also, I believe capital punishment is an ineffective deterrent. Its initial meaning is broadly synonymous with "sex". Don't politicize language, and if you must, do not be hypocritical about it. 2	If women want to be equal in all things, why are they not required to sign up for the selective service? I think it's extremely unlikely, almost no chance, for sexual harassment (study 1995) and sexual assault or rape (study 2004) to be conceptualized or operationalized to the same thing.
