See, I dunno about this. I used to be a calling guy, I would advocate it to death, man. I always argued it was more personal, easier to convey a flirtatious tone, and feels like you're taking a special portion of your time just to talk to her. But calling stopped working for me a while ago, and I haven't had a date since. I eventually tried texting - cause what did I have to lose? - and I've got a date tomorrow. Fact is, I don't know if it really matters either way. I used to think one was bette…

Obviously it would take time and consistency, but again, how am I supposed to put in that time and consistency if girls are only attracted to guys who have already done so?

To purchase a new car, get a job and make enough money to buy it while still being able to afford daily expenses. Easy, right?

So my efforts to get a girlfriend are being perpetually screwed because I have never had a girlfriend before? I'm not being snooty, I'm wondering what your solution to this is. If girls are more attracted to guys who've had girlfriends, how does a guy who's never had one make up for that lack of experience in order to get one? I totally agree with the point itself, and it doesn't even come down to just girlfriends. Girls seem more attracted to guys who've slept with someone they know, or who the…

It may not be the best way of putting it, granted. Still, I don't think women should be compared to food just for the sake of metaphor

I'm really not a big fan of comparing PUA to killing and eating something. I thought that was the mindset we were trying to avoid. It's not about "slaying bitches", it's about, for lack of a better term, getting them to slay themselves for you. Awesome video, but I question its relevance.

Yea this is sort of what I was thinking. I've known the girl a while and we've been flirting back and forth a bunch lately, so I might not use that exact line. Still, I appreciate the advice.

I'm not discouraged, I've put in too much time to give up now. I'm just wondering if there's something that you guys can pick out that I'm missing/not doing right. Or something new I could try because seriously I feel like the options are running dry

The approach occurs where ever the inspiration strikes me. See a girl I want to talk to? That's where the approach starts (unless she's walking in to a bathroom or something). I try not to escalate to quickly but still establish attraction in the first conversation so she doesn't get the wrong idea. Like I said though, when I do they'll usually just shut down.

He's not being a child, he's suffering from bad luck. Just because every time you try to do something it turns out perfectly for you doesn't mean everyone else can grasp these things as easily. Maybe this guy really is surrounded by shitty women. Maybe you're just surrounded by really slutty women. You don't know anything about the guy, let him vent his frustrations and then talk him through it (ie. the purpose of the subreddit), don't just tell him he's not a man and act like you're helping.

You know what? No. I've been where this guy is at, I know how he's feeling. He's looking for reassurance, not a sarcastic jab at his character. Come on man, the guy is hurting. What's this subreddit for?

I'm not emotional at all. Any emotion stopped when I found out she was a virgin, who had dumped multiple guys because they wanted to sleep with her. Now I just want to know what the hell is going on, haha

It could, but she's refusing experience. Even with her exes, she told me many stories about making out and deciding she'd rather play video games. I'm going to turn her into a field study. There's something going on there..

She implied that one day she might sleep with someone, but she said it would probably be some foreign guy while she on vacation somewhere. I just told her it was something she had to experience at some point

This is what I though, or just maybe some form of PTSD, although from what I couldn't figure out (didn't really want to push TOO far).

I asked her about that too, she said she'd made out with girls before too, and wasn't into that either

I was hanging with a girl today who has absolutely no interest in sex. She hates kissing, finds guys attractive, but never enjoys being physical with them. More often than not she asks guys to dump her because she is simply not interested in sleeping with them (whereas they obviously are with her). In other words, not ALL WOMEN want sex. It's a safe assumption, but not foolproof.

Interesting article, I gotta say the idea behind it gets me fumed but there's nothing I can do about that. This in context with the "Why are all guys fakes and liars?" complaint that falls from drunken lips every weekend makes me cringe. Why? Because you won't pay us any mind unless we act that way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
