I haven’t been tazed so I can’t really speak on what the experience is like, I guess. However, I do think that a cop bringing you down with him is at least a little rougher than being tazed, especially if the person being tazed isn’t running. I think what op wanted to say was that the cop seemed to spend a fair amount of time swinging that nightstick just out of range of her.
