Lol. Agreed. Signed, me. A traditional housewife with a traditional man who provides for us. Love him so much. He’s so good to me. ♥️

I’m so happy. My husband and I treat each other extremely well. We have a very traditional relationship, and we’re always thanking God we have each other and are so lucky to be so happy. Sometimes he’ll come into the room and just kiss me and tell me how grateful he is for me. Ill do the same. We’re also SO ATTRACTED to each other. And we help each other grow every single day. He comes home from work on his lunch break, and I always make him a yummy lunch (today I made him a Buffalo chicken gril…

I totally get this! Example: We’re in the process of moving right now. My husband was moving our 85” TV, and I butted in to tell him how to do it properly. I could immediately tell it made him slightly uneasy, but he’s so sweet and said, “Okay honey. I’ll do that.” But just from his slight reaction, I could tell the book was right. So later in the night, I gently pulled him aside and apologized for telling him how to do something that I should have just trusted him to do. I explained that I know…

I’d love to hear if you’ve tried applying principles from the book with your husband! I picked it up after seeing your post and started reading it. It has so many great gems and really helps me see from a different perspective! I’ve always prided myself on being a good wife and homemaker, but reading this book really made me feel like I could be doing even more, and I loved that. Heheh.

Aww. That makes me happy. I always ask my husband if I make him happy, and if there’s anything more I can do to make him happier. I want him to be open with me and not afraid to tell me if there’s something he feels like I’m missing. Thankfully, he has no complaints and is really happy!! But that doesn’t stop me from wanting to be better for him. I feel like I can always do something more, so I’m always trying to find books or better myself so I can be a better wife, homemaker, etc. I’m glad to …

Hi. Model here, married and recently retired to be a housewife and start a family. My husband met me at a restaurant bar. :) I was there seated next to a date, and my now-husband had come with his brother. My date was… Drunk. Flirting with the bartender. 😑 I was sober and nursing a girly, fruity cocktail (I’m not a big drinker), politely chatting and not complaining (I don’t believe in causing scenes or arguing outside of the home; it’s embarrassing and classless). I didn’t even notice that my n…

I hope it helps! When I first started going to therapy, it was because I was also a submissive person who was used to being taken advantage of and abused by exes. My therapist helped me identify red flags in partners, better understand how to communicate my needs in a healthy way, and navigate my way toward finding someone who better matched me and what I was looking for in the long term. She gave me the tools I needed to be able to find someone as kind and loving, but still manly as hell, as my…

Have you spoken with your therapist about equipping you with the tools to find a better partner + move on from a little boy you clearly know is abusing you? If you’ve been going regularly to therapy, I would think this is something you discuss with her. Or is this something you’re only now realizing and haven’t spoken to anyone else about?

Wait! So how do you feel about abortion vs eating animal eggs? :) I’m so curious. Side note: I used to be vegan. This is zero judgement against vegans! I’m just curious if you’re also pro choice + vegan, since the two ideologies clash. Anyway, ugh. Reading your reply describing these people made my head spin. And seeing the pro-choice stance loudly and proudly claimed on a pregnancy forum was ALSO a turn off for me. It’s like, did a few mods get together and decide this for the entire community?…

Ha! After hearing how some women outside of this forum rationalize their “all men are trash” mentalities, yes. I see your point. I worry about bringing a son up in this world, but fortunately, my husband is such a loving, amazing, and HOT (hahaha, I love him) role model. So I know we’ll be okay. BTW, I’d love to hear your experiences.

Yes, please message me or keep in touch! I’d love to know about where to find the traditional mom groups. I don’t have social media (I find it’s filled with the same toxic people, as you mentioned). Thank you for suggesting that. I didn’t know they existed. Also, your response in that pregnancy forum sounds completely reasonable. Why is abortion everyone’s first solution? Yeesh. Our baby, at 9 weeks, was already moving around. Its little hand was waving at us during the ultrasound. It made us cr…

Ahahaha, maybe! :) My worry is it would be as ill-received as the plethora of man-hating users on Reddit make my comments and advice to struggling wives seem. 🤣 And yes, I totally get needing to figure out how to balance being giving with being selfish for your own mental health and sanity. That was hard for me to do before my therapist thankfully equipped me with some amazing books to help me better understand myself. In case you’re interested in those books: Self Compassion: The Proven Power o…

Ahahaha! Wow! You’re a therapist! 🥰 Thank you for everything you do! I had an amazing therapist who really saved my life and helped me self reflect and realize I was constantly attracted to abusive partners. Those with a history of abuse find familiarity in partners who exhibit similar traits, and it took therapy for me to really work on myself, acknowledge my own sensitivity (and discover I’m an empath + HSP), and therefore seek partners who better fit my personality type while avoiding those d…

You’re so right. I have friends who prefer to be in charge. But then they also complain to me how their boyfriend cheats, doesn’t do anything for them (gifts on Valentine’s Day or small sweet and thoughtful gestures, etc), and I can’t help but think it’s because they’re constantly criticizing and emasculating their partners + telling them they aren’t good enough. Then I have friends who are incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and their partners are just awful, entitled jackasses, and it makes me wo…

I agree COMPLETELY with your entire comment, and I feel the exact same way. One thing I love about my husband is that being with him is like being given permission to be soft, vulnerable, and sweet again. After dating a string of horrible men (and seeking therapy to heal from it), I had become jaded and mistrusting of men in general. My husband being who he is, it reminded me that not every man is as awful as the people I dated were, and that I should never feel guilty for having been kind to pe…

Wow. My husband would never be rude or crude to a woman, ever. He’s so incredibly respectful and sweet. The reason I began talking to him in the first place was because he didn’t approach me like most men had (hitting on me, teasing me, etc). He was… Well, a gentleman. Respectful. Kind. Not pushy. It was suuuuch a turn on and sooo sexy. Ahahaha. I love him so much. And he’s still this way today. From what I’ve read in every other red pill subreddit besides this one, men are NOT like this. How ar…

Yes! I took a peek at Red Pill Men and was immediately turned off, lol. The things they think about women (I read that they see us as manipulative?) were so gross. My husband would never say something like this to me, much less think it. From my understanding, RPW and RPM are TOTALLY different. I can see how others might confuse the two.

I found the free one on Kindle Unlimited! I’m so happy to read that I already do everything in it. And I can say, 100%, that it all works. My relationship with my husband is amazing, and the book outlines several reasons why.

I haven’t read the book you’re mentioning but… I love complimenting my husband. My compliments are genuine. They’re the reasons I married him, and I really do admire him and respect him. Examples: “You look so good with your shirt off in just those jeans! Like a model. Now take them off and let me bite you.” 🤤 He has such nice muscles and I can’t help but mention it to him. As a result, he loves flexing and jiggling his pecs at me + shaking his butt in my face, ahahaha. He looks like a Thunder D…

The best way is to address is as soon as you see it. Y’know. Politely but directly set boundaries and establish a line of self respect so he knows you’re the sort of woman who is mature enough not to be messed with. If you’ve already continued the conversation and moved on past the weird comment, then address it the next time he does something off putting. With my husband, NOW he’s gross and will say funny/nasty things in front of me. But I would’ve been put off if he said something like that ri…

I mean. I’m the sort of person who, when someone weirds me out, I’m gone fast. I don’t personally like it when guys get sexual right away. I want someone respectful (like my husband). If you want to give him a shot, you could maybe make it clear that the porn comment was off putting. But really, I tend to go off energy. Is he giving off the kind of energy you think you’d want to be around all the time? If not, it probably won’t work out in the long run.

When I feel like I’m smothering my husband too much (and even when we were first together and just dating), I ask him if I am. He always says no, and that he wants more. And now, after years together, he just tells me all the time how much he loves when I hug him and kiss him, and how he wants more. He’s the kind of man where he’ll never get sick of being cuddled! But it took me a while to be comfortable with showing him as much affection as I do now because I was scared of … well. Scaring him a…

I’m familiar with the Bay Area and can confirm it is full of liberals. However, there are gems. Traditional, conservative men aren’t loud and proud about their typically Republican beliefs. Especially since the average liberal will scream their head off if they mention anything conservative at all. Lots of radicalized folks in the Bay Area. However, there is still hope! I met my successful, traditional, conservative partner while sitting at a Bay Area restaurant bar with an ex (not an ex at the …
