That sounds pretty bad, until you realize what this actually means is "Most americans will wait for a cold or a sinus infection to clear up instead of rushing to the doctor's for antibiotics". Which is actually a huge problem here in the Netherlands, because it results in waiting lists for both doctor's appointments and availability of medicine, leaving little to none available for the people who actually need it on short notice.

Both men and women suffer from sexism in different ways. I think it's hard to quantify. But overall, in the Western world, I think women have it slightly easier.
