I would have let her spend the night in jail and then dropped the charges in the morning... If I was going to drop the charges... Which I wouldn't since my car insurance/uber would pay for the damages and I would sue her in civil court for the remainder.

Whoops yes the 5th. So the state can force me to get a medical procedure that carries significant risk. Boner pills carry some big risks. I would resist this procedure and they would have to physically restrain me or hold me in contempt. I would not willingly submit to a medical procedure.
