I understand the argument against a prenup, but from a logical perspective, there's no reason not to do it if you have the greater income. Marriages have a failure rate of ~50%. All couples think they're the exception, and come up with the same reasons why. Prenups, as far as I know, never come into effect if everything works out. Recognize cognitive dissonance as a normal human feeling, and that prenups shouldn't affect how you feel right now or in the future. If it does/will, that's for you to…
