Being crazy and in a locked facility. Seperate occssion...Being in hospital with life threatening conditions. What doesn't kill you gives you lots of slices of humble pie to eat. Having to piss in a jug because you are connected to machines...christ that breaks you down. Basic bodily functions taken for granted.
