You get absolutely no respite for mistakes (as a man.) My experience tells me the main problem you have is that you allowed four months to go by without seeing your daughter. Well for anyone else reading this, most jurisdictions can accept email as being served, so the process would be something like this: Get an order from a judge that she must return the kids by a certain date. Get the judge to say that email her or anyone she would be in contact with a sufficient medium for serving your ex. 1	Hit bottom, recovered, what do I do? These are all doable recommendations. Diet is great. I eat "low carb" and can eyeball pretty well. I do have a problem with binge eating when a super stressful period comes along. But I usually binge eat within macros. Fortunately, these periods only last a couple of weeks. I need to figure out some way to take control of myself during these situations. 2	Hit bottom, recovered, what do I do? Seems a little new-agey but I think I heard Elliott Hulse recommend this book or the author on his channel. What did you like about the book? You're right that no external thing will make me happy but I don't think I said otherwise.
