Thanks man. I actually left the job because of the coworkers and was working in road consultancy. Before that I was working at a construction site and it was good because of the coworkers even though the temperature crossed 45°C. The pay in India is pretty low in civil compared to other fields even though the labour is high. I've an interview for a teaching job on Sunday which pays very well. If that doesn't go well, I am kind of lost.
