The other sad part is they're probably supporting Hillary not because of a personal duty to do what they believe is right, but because of how the whole experience makes their mindhive group of friends feel. It all doesn't matter to them personally as long as their friends believe they're happy and "making a difference" (no matter what that actually means). Men vote because they believe in the candidate's goals (or at least they'll not fuck it up worse), no matter what anyone else tells them to b…

For now, my plan is to work and save as much as I can to build up a nest egg to live on simply and free. Then, live and work on a boat, travel and dive where ever, and eventually circumnavigate at least once. I think I can be satisfied with my life if I can say I went around the world (and not in a plane). After, probably when I'm too frail to keep up the sailing life, will buy a truck and travel trailer to travel the land until I kick. Going to live life on my terms and never get shackled. A MG…

Depends on if you kill your own people (pol pot, no one cared) or other people (hitler, everyone got up in arms). Nice username btw, brother mghow.

Went to take the boat out by myself. Got all ready to untie the lines, then boom, engine starting problems came back. Spent the rest of the day messing with the engine to find the vacuum leak. Ah well, no one to nag me all day for not having a working boat, so its all good.

Women go to shop, men go to buy things. It is known.

You should buy a boat, live on it, travel aimlessly, make money on the go.

Vote Libertarian. There's a snowball's chance in hell they'll win, but at least you'll be supporting a third party's chances in the future. /we're fucked

That "I'm wasting my life" moment hit me when my grandfather died several years back. He fought in WW2 in the Pacific as a ship gunner during his prime, then came back after the war, got married, had kids, and then .... nothing. He spent the last 30 years of his life literally just waiting to die (70 if you consider marriage a slow death). I saw him a week before he died at 92; delirious, completely incapable of taking care of himself. I thought, Fuck, is this how I'll end up? Hell no. Don't get…

A write-in is just a thrown away vote. This may be true, but I would rather vote my conscious.

This is great stuff... now I need to go get that book off my shelf and dig into it again. We need more content like this and less mrm/drama distractions..

Every time I see articles like this, I thank the One True Monster that I didn't get raped during my divorce. I used to be such a simp and would have just taken it up the butt. Marriage: not even once. /not trying to circlejerk

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
